Bad 😕 It seems that Shopping Needs has not focused enough on responding to their consumers’ feedback. Because of this, many concerns and issues remain unaddressed, making customers feel ignored and dissatisfied with their experiences.
I have ordered an Samsung headset named "Samsung Earphone With Mic Excellent Sound" on site. When I got it was a duplicate Chinese useless headset with Samsung printed on it. The sound was horrible or u can say no sound. I have make return request but that got deleted and ignored no follow up. I have also written review but they are not showing it on website. Please stay away from such cheaters.
I have purchased samsung headphones from website www.shoppingneeds.in on[protected]. and they not delivered my product yet.My ordered product order No. 2703.
I have submitted the complaint to the email provided by the www.shoppingneeds.in but they are not solving my issue.

So I have shoot another mail saying that Can I have an update on this ordered product?But no reply for the same.

I Placed order on 15/02/2015 order number # 8059 and it is mentioned
delivered and tracking number also provided for DTDC Z49850968 and it is
showing it is Delivered to GURGAON and DTDC is telling that this order
is not from Shopping Needs, then why this wrong details are given. And I
ordered from Hyderabad to Hyderabad. Once payment is done what nuisance is this?And there is no customer care to this site to respond.can some one provide me the contact person for this site.
Shopping Needs - http://shoppingneeds.in/ is a fraud. Please do not purchase with them. I ordered some products worth INR 500. Order Number - Order ID: 10340 Date Ordered: 07/03/2015. They never dispatched it. I emailed them three times.
Then, one day they emailed me that product is dispatched and gave me Dotzot tracking number. I checked for two days that tracking numbers was showing invalid. I emailed Dotzot. The courier company told me that there is no such docket with them.
Shopping needs emailed to fraud number just to show that they are working. The fact is that they have not dispatched my product as yet.
I emailed them 3-4 times. No reply.

Their contact number is always offline or on answering machine. I warn you all before purchasing.
