Order no: 9899 not sending the booked items, sent the partial items after one month and not returning the amount.I have ordered two items 1 Reebok plus watch and 2. Sony stereo sound head phones but received only head phones ina small cover ( Photo Proof attached to this mail) and we can also observe the watch line on the parcel paper and bill is not attached to the parcel. Courier services provider is asking us to take the parcel at his office as it is pre paid parcel, after forcing by me they have dispatched the goods on 06.04.2015 to the address, whether i have to open the parcel or not i don't know so i have not opened the parcel to attach the the photo of the parcel. This is second time i am getting the parcel in tampered condition and that too first material Samsung Power Bank 9 under standard quality with out cable in side the pack, After opening the parcel i ahve identified the quality of the goods.

For this parcel there is no Bill and no information about WATCH order and amount of refund from the site.

        I have placed an order on 10/03/2015 as reference order no 10934 and its has been mentioned it has been handed over to courier DOTZOT on 17/03/2015 with reference no[protected], transaction is made through PayUMoney with Payment ID 27682612. Still as of now on 08/04/2015, i didn't get any update on the order and no updates from the courier people. I want to cancel the order but the same option is not there. Please do the needful

        Still there is no update from them, either by call or by mail. No response from them and no updates about the goods either. This needs to be looked at the hight time. If not more ppl will lose money. Why there is no action against them ?

          Hi Team, I have ordered the Samsung E1200 on Feb 10, and received the same on 28th feb, but they have sent a defected product and is not working, and I have checked with some other battery also it is not working, not only the mobile, but the Charger is also not working. And am placing the request from last one month, but there is no reply from shoppingneeds.And I lost 852/- because of Shoppingneeds. And proper contact details are not provided in the website, and the given number is also not working. And this is the fraud company/website that I can say, because there is no reply from last 1 and half month. For that I got mentally desturbed, so now I decided to do complaint against them ...However, this loot practice is going on and on. My expectations are as below… 1. I want all my money back 2. There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the Shoppingneeds 3. Customer care service must required.           After placing a complaint on this website, they called me today and asking for my credit card details with security code for money transfer, how can we believe these guys from shoppingneeds. And why my credit card security code is required for money transfer, they are not taking my bank account details for transfer. and saying that we cannot help, if I don't give my security code, how stupidity they are behaving like this. and am going to complaint the same in Police station for the same as cyber crime. I have all the rights to place a complaint in police station. and i will share the details in all the social websites. this is for sure.

          And we can say it is really a fraud company/website.

I just got their message that your order has booked and my order id is 8508. I didn't get any email about shipping. then i called several times that i didn't receive the tracking no of courier. So they replied we will call you.There is option of complain ticket in their website. I several time emailed them and launch new complain tickets. I got his owner number.He is the one who is gambling. His name is Rahul Chugh and his number is [protected]. I called him. First he picked and isaid where is my product and then he said ill call you back and till not yet he called me.He is studying in Chandigarh University and he is from Ratia in Haryana. So dude call on this number and im also trying since many days. If we doesnt get help we should take a big step ...

                              Sir, I Sri Rakesh Kumar Mishra, of Sonepur, Odisha (Mob:-[protected]) have ordered a car charger with cable (id-11514) on dtd.16.03.2015 in the http://shoppingneeds.in website. The company asking for register or guest account. I have ordered through guest account, then it ask for payment then I have made payment through indusind net banking option, the payment was complete and also a online receipt was send to my email on the same day. I have not received any confirmation mail from ‘shoppingneeds.in’ . When I contacted the said website through email he replay “We would like to acknowledge that we have received your request and a ticket has been created with Ticket ID - 7690. A support representative will be reviewing your request and will send you a personal response.(usually within 24 hours).” On dtd.19.03.2015. But, till now they have not contacted. The given contact number in the website, i.e., +[protected] is not working. So kindly take necessary steps for delivery of item of cashback to my account.

I have contacted their customer care person on call he told me that the issue will be resolved sooner also I had mailed them many times still i didnt received any reply from .but now its more than 15days passed still i didnt received any mail or phone call from your side.Its my request to you resolve this issue earliest otherwise i am going to your complain in Consumer cell.                                       SIR, I ALSO ORDERED THE SAME PRODUCT ON THE SAME DATE OF YOUR ORDER AND I ALSO DID NOT RECIVED IT AS OF NOW IT COSTED ME AROUND 202 RS I PAID ALL THE AMOUNT THROUNG THE PROCEDURE .BUT THERE IS NO RESAPONSE FROM THE COUSTMER SUPPOURT EXECUTIVE OF SHOPPING NEEDS.IN PLEASE TELL ME HOW TO TACKLE THIS MATTER AS THIS FAKE PUBLISH OF SHOPPING CONTENT WILL NEVER BE TOLRATED

                                        Respeted sir Sir i ordered windcheater Rs.178, date of 20/03/2015. I paid money from my dabit card via payumoney. Payment deducted from my account. But sir i did not get any msg or email about my order. I am deepak bali. My mobile number is [protected]. Shopping needs mobile number not working.and i sent many emailed to shopping neend also but they did not replied to me so far.i want to know that my order is conformed or not. Please help me sir.
