Hi, I have ordered a power bank which cost Rs 502/- i.e Xiomi power bank 10400 mah and i ordered it at 22 feb 2015. But i still didn't receive this. I just got their message that your order has booked and my order id is 8855. I didn't get any email of any email about shipping. then i called several times that i didn't receive the tracking no of courier. So they replied we will call you. But after that their no. is not working now. There is option of complain ticket in their website. I several time emailed them and launch new complain tickets. But they remove after 3-4 days without resolve the problem. There service is very bull . I think they are only making money. So i request you Sir, resolve this problem soon... i saw many complaints here. I think I'm not the alone here... So i request you to take an appropiriate action against them Or tell us what we can do Further. I[censored] can check.. there is no is not working since 2 week and they are not replying the emails also. So pls do something.

This is to inform you that i have ordered few LED bulbs Rs 302/ on 12th Mar'15 from Shopping Website (http://shoppingneeds.in/), they updated last that your item is packed and coming via 'DotZot' Courier service's with tracking reference '[protected]', but this is invalid reference no they have provided. Since then i have E-mailed several time but they have not responded, and the phone no given by him is completely invalid and incorrectly, they mentioned contact no on Website e.g [protected], this is not working and it is out of service permanently. It looks like this is case of Fraud to customer and misleading nad cheating to consurmers by online shopping. Can you please take appropriate action on this Retailer. Regards Anupam

I have conducted all the tests to find out if the product was genuine or not. But it is actually a fake product. It also doesn't have a security code, that the original product has. Even the product casing was broken, when I received it. I requested shoppingneeds to look into it and initiate a refund request. But it has been almost a month and my request is still in pending status. When I tried calling their customer care number, the number is out of service. They even deleted my complaint ticket ID: 6717. Order ID: 8347 I want an immediate action from shopping needs and want my money back. Regards, Prateek

Dear Sir, I Online purchase a Samsung Power Bank. When i receive it i found it not work and also it's a old packing. But when i complain about it. In his Support portal for complain have a Ticket System and i create a Ticket but not found any solution Then i made a second Ticket but again no solution. My order number is #6916. I have ordered Samsung E1200 Mobile on 9th Feb 2015. It is already passed more than 35 days but still product is not delivered. I have complaint several times on their support email [protected]@shoppingneeds.in and [protected]@shoppingneeds.in but they are not replying. I have also filed tickets in their complain help desk http://shoppingneeds.freshdesk.com/support/home with ticket #6446, #7336, #7337 and many more. I have also tried to call support number given in help desk [protected] which is also not correct. They updated order status on site Shipped on 21st Feb 2015 with shipping details as follow but no tracking is available on that site. YOUR ORDER ARE HANDOVER TO COURIER PARTNER TRACKING NO.[protected] PLEASE TRACK FROM www.dotzot.in its take 24 hour for live tracking I have tried to contact that courier company and they have replied that they have not shipped parcel. Please be informed that the provided shipment number[protected] is not yet physically booked with us. Request you to contact shipper for further assistance on the same. I have also tried to do live chat from the site but never got reply after escalating the issue. I am tired of complaining and not getting any reply or refund my money. Please help me from such fraud.

I was ordered one head phone(Sony Mh-Ex300ap Stereo Headset Mh Ex300ap Mh Ex 300 Ap) ag.order no.10583 on 08/03/2015. I have paid Rs.182/- th.debit card. After it I received a mail on 11/03/2015 that the product is dispatched from Dotzot courier tracking ID[protected]. I tried to track this no. but it was wrong id. I took help from customer care of Dotzot but they mailed me that this id is not belongs to them kindly contact your shipper. I am trying to contact him via mail and on contact no. but all failed. So now you are requested to resolve the problem.

I Placed order on 15/02/2015 order number # 8059 and it is mentioned delivered and tracking number also provided for DTDC Z49850968 and it is showing it is Delivered to GURGAON and DTDC is telling that this order is not from Shopping Needs, then why this wrong details are given. And I ordered from Hyderabad to Hyderabad. Once payment is done what nuisance is this?
