Shopping Needs — Ordered Item Not Delivered | |||
I have placed an order on 10/03/2015 as reference order no 10934 and its has been mentioned it has been handed over to courier DOTZOT on 17/03/2015 with reference no[protected], transaction is made through PayUMoney with Payment ID 27682612. Still as of now on 08/04/2015, i didn't get any update on the order and no updates from the courier people. I want to cancel the order but the same option is not there. Still there is no update from them, either by call or by mail. No response from them and no updates about the goods either. This needs to be looked at the hight time. If not more ppl will lose money. Why there is no action against them ?
