Shopping Needs — Product is not delivered | |||
My order number is #6916. I have ordered Samsung E1200 Mobile on 9th Feb 2015. It is already passed more than 35 days but still product is not delivered. I have complaint several times on their support email [protected]@shoppingneeds.in and [protected]@shoppingneeds.in but they are not replying. I have also filed tickets in their complain help desk http://shoppingneeds.freshdesk.com/support/home with ticket #6446, #7336, #7337 and many more. I have also tried to call support number given in help desk [protected] which is also not correct. They updated order status on site Shipped on 21st Feb 2015 with shipping details as follow but no tracking is available on that site. YOUR ORDER ARE HANDOVER TO COURIER PARTNER TRACKING NO.[protected] PLEASE TRACK FROM www.dotzot.in its take 24 hour for live tracking I have tried to contact that courier company and they have replied that they have not shipped parcel. Please be informed that the provided shipment number[protected] is not yet physically booked with us. Request you to contact shipper for further assistance on the same. I have also tried to do live chat from the site but never got reply after escalating the issue. I am tired of complaining and not getting any reply or refund my money. Please help me from such fraud.
