I have purchased samsung headphones from website www.shoppingneeds.in on[protected]. and they not delivered my product yet.My ordered product order No. 3274. They sent an email saying product is dispatched via DTDC courier. When i tracked on DTDC courier it shows delivered in Pune instead of My Bangalore Address. I have submitted the complaint to the email provided by the www.shoppingneeds.in but they are not solving my issue. Hi, I have ordered a power bank which cost Rs 502/- i.e Xiomi power bank 10400 mah and i ordered it at 21 feb 2015. But i still didn't receive this. I just got their message that your order has booked and my order id is 8832. I didn't get any email of any email about shipping. then i called several times that i didn't receive the tracking no of courier. So they replied we will call you. But after that their no. is not working now. There is option of complain ticket in their website. I several time emailed them and launch new complain tickets. But they remove after 3-4 days without resolve the problem...Kindly help me with the refund

No update from the site, whenever I make a call to the numbers provided in the site, always switched off. I want my money back. I don't want any product from your site. Order ID#15724
