Shopping Needs — Received a defect product(mobile)-want all my money back | |||
Hi Team, I have ordered the Samsung E1200 on Feb 10, and received the same on 28th feb, but they have sent a defected product and is not working, and I have checked with some other battery also it is not working, not only the mobile, but the Charger is also not working. And am placing the request from last one month, but there is no reply from shoppingneeds.And I lost 852/- because of Shoppingneeds. And proper contact details are not provided in the website, and the given number is also not working. And this is the fraud company/website that I can say, because there is no reply from last 1 and half month. For that I got mentally desturbed, so now I decided to do complaint against them ...However, this loot practice is going on and on. My expectations are as below… 1. I want all my money back 2. There must be 100 times higher charges as FINE to the Shoppingneeds 3. Customer care service must required. There is no reply or response from them, can you please let me know, how to proceed further for this complaint.
And we can say it is really a fraud company/website.
