I purchased Samsung Galaxy 'S4 I9500 Power Bank Back Case' from Rediff shopping under Order ID: 9093146. They sent me a wrong product. I called them to register a complain. After being online for 20 minutes one customer care executive answered my call and asked me to send a mail on this with attached pics of the wrong product. I waited for 2 days still there was no reply. Like this I spoke to more 4 executives. All of them promised a to resolve my problem but none did. I last spoke to Sarika Gaikwad, a customer care executive who promised me a reply to my mails the nest day. Again no reply. Now its been like 20 days since I received the product. The company gives only 30 days return. Is this the companies trick to bully the people and then say the product is no longer under returns? I shop from so many online sites. But this the worst one.
