[Resolved] Shopping. Rediff.com — Vendor sent a tampered, faulty and second hand product
I ordered a Mophie Juice Pack Samsung Galaxy S4 from Rediff shopping website. I saw the vendor is SOUK INDIA. On receiving the product I saw that there was no seal and when I opened it, it had scratches on it and was dented and does not even work. When I put my phone inside the cover it did not even fit. I was cheated by the website and the vendor who supplied it. I have called this number [protected] which is the customer care number 27 times and its just been busy. I have even sent an email to Reddiff but have not gotten any response. I am going to file a complaint in the consumer court. I am also going to report this issue to the TV show FIGHT BACK on Bloomberg TV. Also I'm going to spread this on facebook and twitter just to make sure consumers are not cheated. Souk India are frauds and have no personal details to contact them. I am really dissapointed with Rediff. Was this information helpful?
