[Resolved] Shopping. Rediff.com — Very bad customer service | |||
As per above subject I ordered Toy bus through Rediff Shopping 2 months before and received old toy bus which is already returned through blue dart courier service by paying of 150 Rs on 14.1.2014.on condition of returning back of courier charge through cheque. But after so many emails I got reply to send my bank account number. which is sent along with passbook scanned copy. Again I got reply that they were unable to transfer the amount. Again I sent another bank account number with complete IFCS Code etc., But till date I didnt received this amount also not received any reply from Rediff.com. This is very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE from Rediff which didnt expected in my life. Was this information helpful? | |||
