They referred snapdeal tie up and informed us some promotional activity they are doing. According to which I purchased one product of 450 Rs and they assured 1 sony LED bravia 32 inch tv. But after purchase I did not get any confirmation mail or message. Then they again called and informed us that I have to pay only tax amount of gift and provided us their account detail. I restated them that neither you mentioned about this VAT of 2400 Rs which I have to pay neither I have got any confirmation mail. They said only I have to pay this amount and you will get the message. As I had already paid for the product from their website shoppingsguru.com, I had no other way but deposited 2400 Rs in their account. Now again they are saying that I have to pay 5400 Rs for NOC then only products and gift will be delivered or no refund of single amount. I kept telling them that you did not mention before that we have to pay all these amount and requested them either return my paid money or deliver the products. But they are warning us that either pay 5400 Rs more or forget about the paid money. They talked very rudely and even said by complaining nothing is gonna help. This is a big fraud ecommerce company and please shut them down. They are not good for consumers and even for ecommerce future growth.
