ShoppingsGuru.com — A very big fraud e-commerce company, need to be blocked from doing business

On some promotional activity, they are fooling around the customers. I got a call from them that if we purchase any product from their website you will get one assured gift from their side which also included a led sony tv of 30000 Rs. I asked from them the whole process and they restated that you have to purchase just one product from shoppingsguru.com and with that product one led sony tv which I chose as my gift will be delivered at your doorsteps within 4 days. I purchased one product from their website while holding call with them. Then same day just after 1 hour we got a call that we have to pay only VAT tax amount of 2400 Rs against the gift. We completely objected and even mentioned that no one from shoppingsguru.com mentioned that we have to pay VAT also. We did not receive ant confirmation mail nor message about our order. We restated that why you people did not mention it before and why we have not received any mail or message of the product which we purchased. They said that after the VAT amount payment we will get all the details and confirmation and then we don have to do anything and products with the gift will be delivered on your doorsteps within 4 days. They even provided their account details and mentioned that you have to deposit amount to this account. Obviously we doubted on this company and checked their website and customer care number. Every thing was proper. This shoppingsguru.com is big goo[censored]p company that they are doing all these things openly on the name of promotional activity. Things did not stop here. They again called and informed us that now we have to pay more 5400 Rs to get NOC and then only they will deliver the products. Till now we have not got any mail or message from their side about all these things. When we told them that why shoppingsguru.com representative did not inform us before only about all these procedures and payment and return back our money, they said it can not happen. Either pay more 5400 Rs amount or all your money is gone. They are so adamant and cheating customers openly that even after telling that we will complain on consumer forum and sue them they remained fearless and told us that nothing will happen and we have to pay the amount in any case or all your money paid till now is gone. They are not even ready to deliver the product which we purchased from their website also. I have genuine request that please make shoppingsguru.com to stop all these fake things and shut don this company. We want our money back which ever we have paid till now.
