Shops — charging more than mrp

I visited srisailam on 3 &4 december 2017. When i tried to buy water bottle in shops around temple they were charging rs.25 per litre against rs.20 mrp. For cold water it is rs.30. When questioned they boldly said i cannot get anything for mrp there.

In the commercial complex cold water was being sold at rs.25. There were no police help booths around to make a complaint.
