Shopvista_epaykerela ind made a fraudulent transaction of rs 8449 on my RBL card
They are faking by saying they will refund and needs to be initiated from our netbanking, made an online transaction of 8499 from my RBL card account.
They called me on my mobile saying that they are from card services and said they I have reward points worth Rs 8000
Also as part of verification process they said they will need to do this transactions to credit the reward points and will refund the amount with in 48 hours to my RBL account. Kindly register this complaint
Help me refund the amount of 8449 Rs made from RBL card.
