Shopvista_Epaykerela — fraudulent transaction from mobile [protected] on my sbi credit card

Received a call from one shivani today evening saying that she is from sbi cards and her id is 370120. She said that she is calling to verify the details of the card holder and avail the reward points. I did not give in easily but she convinced me to part with the card details. She called me from [protected] several times. An amount of rs. 8499 is debited from the card. We have traced the number and it belongs to idea delhi circle. Kindly let me know how to go about in tracing the fraud and recover the amount of 8499/-
