Shopvista_Epaykerela — Fraudulent transaction of rs 8040 on my icici credit card

On 15-dec-2016, i received a call from +91-[protected], and spoke to me that they are calling from icici bank and it is regarding my credit card upgrade, they provided my name and info to get credibiloty and asked my credit card number, which i provided and they told i have to enter my cvv number through ivr.
Unfortunately i entered my credit card cvv number and shared an otp received through my registered mobile number.
After that i realized it was a fraudulent call and i lost rs 8040.00.

I immediately blocked this icici credit card from further transaction.
When i checked the transaction, this transaction is showing in the un billed transaction and in the email i got the transaction details as seen in the below email.

Kindly do the needful to revert this transaction at the earliest and classify the merchant accordingly.

Now when i searched the website, there are lot of complaints against this merchant: shopvista_epaykerela for forgery and fraudulent transactions.
