Shopvista_Epaykerela — fraudulent transaction of 8499 from mobile [protected] on my sbi credit card

Received a call from one shivani singh today afternoon saying that she is from sbi cards. She said that she is calling to verify the details
Of the card holder and avail the reward points. I did not give in easily but she convinced me to part with the card details. She and her colleagues called me from the number listed above several times. An amount of rs. 8499 is debited from the card. We have traced the number and it belongs to idea delhi circle. Kindly let me know how to go about in tracing the fraud and recover the amount of 8499/-
