They told that we will Deliver the package and they have send reference number but it is fake this type of company should be given cmplent and should be closed making fraud for peoples and they have taked 13999 amount from us and no resopnce since a month ago plz take a serious action on this and give my money back .and give me the adress of that Company let us put a complent on that complany plz do as fast bcz we want our money back .

I purchased the Redmi Note 5 Pro phone on August 13, 2018. But NOW my phone doesn't turn on.
Charged but not turned on. Something needs to be resolved. This is the phone I bought for Rs 15, 000. I could only use it for a year.
