Shopyaro — no refund/product not delivered/no response after payment made | |||||
I have ordered redmi note 5 pro on june 3 and i was informed that i will get delivered the phone on june 8th. But on that day the phones are not picking up by them and they have been publishing at thier site that they have some issue with the seller so we will process the refund and cancelling all the orders. But the site is still open to buy products. No refund made and no response at all. How come a person can assure you that product will be delivered today at the morning and at the evening you will be seeing the flash message at the site without even a prior notification. I have doubted it at first and have checked by calling them messaging them mailing them at that time everything worked and everything was fine but exactly at the time of delivery how can these fellows could do like this. If there is a pbm why can't they send the status of the refund to us instead of asking us to mail if we didn't get back our refund. I will sue them if i wasn't hear back with the proper explanation Was this information helpful? | |||||
