Shopyaro — not delivering of item and not giving the refund

I have order redmi note5 pro from shopyaro.com. My order number is 18546758 this order date on 31 may 18. But till date item not delivered. Company said that your item will be delivered on 8 june 2018. After that when i didn't receive the item then i try to contect by phone as well as mail but no response from that.. The costumer care number are not working their. The company said your money will be refunded. But till now my money not refunded. And now phone and mail services of the companyalso not working. Now how i could get my refund as i pay 13999 rs. For this. Plz help & give suggesgions wht i have to do.
