I have an order vide ID 3351.payment done via upi on 29 oct 2019.they confirmed the payment.but till today they are not given any despatch details.after so many phone calls they told that money will be refunded but today the site is down and the phone is not getting connected.toll free number [protected].on 02nd Nov they told me that item despatched but after so many intervention they told that payment will be refunded

I ordered Redmi Note 8 on[protected] . Order No. 6790. But till date i have not received my mobile. I received the message on 8.11.19 that my phone is dispatched but not received till date. Now there site is down nor toll free number is responding. I paid Rs. 9024/- through Paytm. Kindly advise how to get my money back.
