Shotformats Digital Productions — i have not received my oneplus 7 pro back.

I have been a vodafone red customer.. I have complimentary mobile insurance given for the vodafone red plan. I made a claim through that on my oneplus 7pro mobile phone. The worth of the mobile is 60000. Its been more than 5 months since i sent the mobile to the claim company as per their procedure. The last update about my claim was updated on the website on 6/6/2020. I am trying to contact customer care by call and mail.
I have attached the snippet from the webpage showing the claim details. This is the claim id - [protected].
Customer care of dss (Shortformats) company tied up with vodafone is not giving a proper response on the status of my mobile. I need my mobile back. If i call the vodafone customer care regarding it, they are telling me to contact the insurance company dss. There is no way to contact them through the phone or they are not responding to the mail.

The response from vodafone customer care is as follows.

"we regret to inform you that from our end we are unable to check the status of your mobile which has been given for the insurance claim purpose since it was handled by the third-party team.

I assure you that the third party which has been tied up with the vodafone network are trust worthy.

Any complaint / request / enquiry, you needs to get in touch with the third party service provider named ‘shot formats digital productions private limited’ via the below mentioned touch points:

I have mailed many emails to the given id [protected]@dsspro.in. I have never got a response from them. I would have not given the mobile to any unknown company like shot formats if vodafone is not partnered with them.
The customer contact telephone number of shot formats is not proper, the ivr stalls and not get connected or transferred further. I have messaged dss to the given number 52040, but never received a callback.
