I want to bring to your notice that insurance provided to your select customer via vodafone mobile shield smartphone looks like duping the customer. Below is the detail on what happened with me...

Sequence on what happened.

1. First i registered my phone number on the mobile shield app recommended for vodafone red plan select customers back in july and (Attached is the certificate)
2. Accidently my mobile got damaged in the month of september and i immediately registered for a claim explaining the detail. (Attached is the claim form).
3. I wanted to double check before proceeding with this claim if the insurance cover provided to select vodafone customer is genuine. So i called up the vodafone customer care and then confirmed if it is genuine, if i am eligible for it... So got a heads up from your customer care saying i am eligible and i can proceed (Please check your call recording)
4. Meanwhile i received an email from [protected]@dsspro.in to provide all the document to start the claim process and it went on for few days, where i provided.
Photo of damage device, estimate of the repair, original of my bill copy, photo of the manufacturing (Phone box) and getting all of these info went on for few days.
5. Later on oct 4th i received a message from dssro saying that my claim reference ([protected]) has been approved from the insurance company for 12478 and you can proceed with the repair and submit the repair cost once the repair is done.. (Attached is the screenshot of the message and approved claim details)
6. I gain called up 5th or 6th of oct to dssro to confirm if i can proceed with the claim and if the approval provided is genuine and they confirmed to proceed and later submit the document.
7. It took me few days to get my mobile repaired and submit all the document and finally submitted my repair cost to dssro.

Cause the problem.

So now that i have submitted all the document to dssro, i get a message from them saying that my insurance has been repudiated because "loss has occurred on or post 24 month/s of import or month of manufacturing" so my question is when i sent all the details (Original bill copy, photo of the manufacturing (Phone box), estimate of the repair)
All at first point they gave me an approval to proceed with the repair and now when i have completed the repair they giving me this reason saying my claim is repudiated
I called up several times to the customer care of dssro[protected] &[protected], they pick my call and the customer care person says he will look into my issue and cuts the call and when i try to call them for the second time it says you have reached the daily limit to talk to the customer care, and its happened several time

How can the insurance company first give the approval for repair and then denie it?
