Shotformats Digital Productions — very poor customer service

Hi,

I opted for the redshield plan insurance from vodafone, but little did i knew that, it would be one of my biggest mistake. Shotformats, which is vodafone's partner to get the device repaired has been harassing me for close to three months now.
First, it took around 30 days for them to take the claim and now its been 42 days that my phone is with them and they are not repairing it. I have sent at least 20 e-mails to them and call them every second day but to no avail. On the top of it, they are not even providing me with escalation metrix, where i can report my problem. Vodafone has refused to help me in this regard. Not sure, what to do now.
