Hi,

I had paid premium for my uncle with Shravak Arogyam Mediclaim - JIO
but later they said they cannot give individual policy to him this year because of his age and cannot club the same in family policy as he was not eligible for that.
I mailed for refund on 18th DEc'15 but till today there is no revert from them they are just revering ...will get back..its 3months and no revert.
no single calls are be been answered by them.
highly unprofessional !!!

i atul kathed have taken medical policy in phase 3. but my mothers card is misplaced. i.e shashikala shrimal kathed.
secondly my wifes name is misprinted .i.e it must be manisha atul kathed.

I have taken a mediclaim policy in shravak arogyam phase I.i send a document for claim with claim form, but no information received wether claim is accepted or not or what happen to the claim.I send a mail regarding send back our document which were send along with claim form, but no reply received.
