Dear sir,

Your authority transfer my more then 3 lakh rupees for activat jio jec mediclaim card no. [protected]
Date of incident[protected] to onward
Contact person on telephone (1) alok jain m. No.[protected] &[protected]
(2) anup jain : m. No.[protected]
(3) rushabh jain :[protected]
I frequnt request for refund money but he denied by demanding more transfer of money.
