I had already submitted claim re-embursement paper with vidal health tpa on 6.11.2019.

On 8.11.2019 i received call from this toll free number [protected]. They had certain query & i explained them in brief manner.

On 12.11.2019 i made inquiry with vidal heath tpa toll free number [protected] relating to my claim status. But customer care representative ask me to send acknowledgement copy of claim paper submission with vidal health tpa, so same is enclosed by me.

Then on 25.11.2019 i am completely shocked as while talking with your vidal health tpa representative, he tells me that system not shows paper received by vidal health tpa.

Your representative also written my complaint & give me complaint number 17244096.

Today on 27.11.2019 i personally visit your vidal health tpa chakala branch to discuss this issue & really disappointed as my claim is not consider by you people arguing that patient is hospitalised on 25.09.2019 & policy taken on 30.09.2019.

But this is completely not acceptable in any means.

I had talk several times on 30.09.2019 at jio toll free number[protected] before taking this policy to understand policy wording & terms & condition of policy in between 4 to 6 pm from my mobile number [protected]. Here are the conversation details

Question 1 - i want to take policy for my father in law jitendra. K. Shah who is cancer patient & suffering from multiple diseases & right now admitted in kokilaben dhirubhai ambani hospital from 25.09.2019 so can i take this policy for him??

Answer (Jio customer care representative) - yes u can, in our group mediclaim scheme all previous disease are covered including cancer from day one so dont worry go ahead.

Question 2 - madam we are common people so really confused because if we paid premium & later in case if you reject claim arguing that patient are already admitted in hospital before taking policy so then what can we do???

Answer - sir dont panic & start policy online as in our policy 2 lakh is deductible amount so first 2 lakh u have to borne or your previous mediclaim company has to borne once policy start & then u get full sum assured amount.

Question 3 - means suppose we take this policy on 30.09.2019 & if total hospital expenses incurred 7 lakh so after deduction of 2 lakh we get balance 5 lakh amount. Correct??

Answer - yes you are right here all pre-existing diseases covered from day one

Question 4 - madam i am still confused so please talk with your senior & let me inform whether i can take this policy for my father in law jitendra. K. Shah or not??? As he is in hospital from 25.09.2019 suffering from multiple diseases including cancer???

Answer (Jio representative) - please make your call in hold for some time & then after some time jio customer care representative tells me to go ahead & start this policy as i discuss this matter with our senior & he assured that u can take this policy. So dont panic & start it immediately.

Then after sometime as common man i am confused so again i make call at this jio toll free number & raised my query as under

Madam before some time i make call at your toll free number regarding health insurance policy & then discuss again all that matter with jio representative regarding taking policy for my father in law shri jitendra. K. Shah who is suffering from cancer.

Madam listening my queries & then ask me sir dont worry & go ahead & take this policy online. Then i tells ' madam aap please aap k senior se meri baat karvayenge' then after few minutes again i discuss full matter with jio customer care senior officer & after his consent only i take this jio mediclaim policy.

We are very genuine people & dont want single rupee unethically so at time of taking policy online i want to mention all disease of my father in law shri jitendra. K. Shah but no such questions are ask during online purchase of this health insurance policy.

Now i know that each & every calls are recorded so please check my conversation with jio representative on 30.09.2019 between 4 pm to 6 pm, number i had called was [protected] & settle my genuine claim without further delay.
Otherwise i have no option left & take some serious action against vidal health tpa & united india insurance co. Ltd for cheating inocent people.

Dont underestimate the power of common people.
