We have booked a room in Shree Mahavir City Phase I from Shree Mahavir Patwa Developers & Construction Pvt. Ltd.
According to the papers the commitment was to complete the project was around 2017, one day we called the builder and get to know that he is behind the bars.
So the development has been stopped and no work is being carried at the site location.
Nobody now respond to the calls, have no idea on what's going on with the project and builder.
Builder office has been closed.
We want the refund of money or the room as committed and if any progress takes place for the project (which I don't think so) the room should be available to us with the committed price. Was this information helpful? |
