        Unfortunately i contacted Shree Maruti courier service for delivery of my consignment no
        [protected] on 14.07.2021. Person attending there misguided me while booking the consignment. I asked him that in how many days my consignment reaches Muzaffarpur. He told me that through normal service it will reach on 19.07.21 or max by 20.07.2021. And by Fast express service it will reach max by 17.07.21. Since i want my consignment to be delivered as soon as possible therefore i go for Fast Express Service and paid more than double of normal service. But to all surprise i want to tell you that it is still not delivered by 20.07.2021.Feeling harrased as i mailed and called customer support service of Shree maruti but after promising to help within 24 hrs they are not responding. I want my money back after deducting normal service charge and want my consignment delivered.

          My consignment number is [protected].
          I sent some gifts from kolkata to gangtok on 29th may. Firstly they never delivered the parcel then its been more than a month and i have no updates regarding the same.
          I have contacted the gangtok and siliguri people and the executive maddhu khanna was shouting at me when i asked about my parcel.
          Her contact number is [protected].She always says that she is not at the office and kept denying her responsibility. This time she shouted and kept the phone. This is the service provided by shree maruti courier. And when calling their main centre they have no response for the same.

            I order one parcel to customer ( Visakhapatnam ) and it was connected this useless service provider on 18.06.2021.It arrived at Hyderabad on 22.06.2021 after that where the consignment has gone no one is aware. i was keep on following Hyderabad courier service and customer care but not able get any response from anyone else. I taken hierarchy no and that no also switched off permanently. This is service and response from this courier

              Hello

              I am having issues with my delivery of my parcel which is coming from devas to Ahmedabad. i stay at juhapura. when I checked my track detail of my courier its shows my tracking number is [protected]

              [protected] Tuesday
              OUTSCAN OUTSCAN FROM INDORE HUB TO AHMEDABAD-ASLALI MOTHER HUB...

              [protected] Thursday
              INSCAN INSCAN BY AHMEDABAD-JUHAPURA...

              when I called on office given number from call center ///[protected] after 10 calls lady picked phone and she was so rude with me for my parcel she said you will get your parcel at evening at 4 on 02/07/2021...

              still I was not able to get my courier... now say what to do for this

              When I tried to call on same number number is busy[protected] Ahmedabad juhapura location .

              Now we are facing problem due to your staff Shree Maruti Courier Service

                Consignment no [protected] was courieed last week from ahmedabad to kolkatta. Courier was not delivered and the Mr Ranjit roy person incharge is asking extra 150 rs more for delivery. We have already paid 200 rupees and still not delivered. I want tne money and parcel back. Or strict action to be taken for calcutta office.

                  Courier packet not received after 17 days also

                  We had sent a packet from Agra to Durgapur on 12th June, 2021 in the name of Tuli Nayak under consignment no- [protected]. There is no update on the website post 14th June, 2021 and the customer has not yet received the packet even after 18 days - today being 29th June. There is no resolution from the company after daily follow ups and multiple times . Agra courier office person is saying it will get resolved from Kolkata hub and After...

                        I have send a parcel on 16/04/2021 to Nepanagar, Madhya Pradesh from Surat, Gujarat in Shree Maruti Courier Tracking Number AWB [protected]. But the parcel is not delivered to receiver so I raised a complaint on 01.05.21 but not resolved after that many times i contact them and request for parcel return to me but not resolve this problem today this parcel is in maruti courier's hand. they also not refunding me so please help me to resolve this issue
