        I have send a parcel on 16/04/2021 to Nepanagar, Madhya Pradesh from Surat, Gujarat in Shree Maruti Courier Tracking Number AWB [protected]. But the parcel is not delivered to receiver so I raised a complaint on 01.05.21 but not resolved after that many times i contact them and request for parcel return to me but not resolve this problem today this parcel is in maruti courier's hand. they also not refunding me so please help me to resolve this issue

          This is pathetic service from Maruti courier service in 2 days delivery they said, but it takes more than that . If this type of service provide to customer then who will trust on such companies like this . Blue dart and DTDC are best courier company than this

            But more than 30 minutes passed away only music is on. Not a single person attend call. Worst service I will see .

                      Tracking id [protected], the parcel was booked on 3 rd in chennai to bellary, banglore. It became 1 month and still it hasnt been delivered and the website is not updating the details, we require our parcel as soon as possible, pls do deliver the parcel

                          Pune to Gorakhpur but not delivered till now. It shows outscan Lukhnow to Gorakhpur on 28/5/2021 . But after that not any improvement . What happened, where is the parcel.
                          This is not good service.

                            Hello .. i run a small online business by the name TAREEF SE TARASHA and i dispatched a parcel from SHREE MARUTI COURIER on 17/05/21 from Bareilly to Faridabad. The website says that the parcel is delivered although when i asked the customer she says that she hasnt got the parcel .. The tracking id is [protected]. Kindly help resolve the situation.

                              This is zeyad Shaikh from Sangamner Maha­rashtra.

                              Sir I have send one parcel to delhi from sangamner and The docket no is 21010100­022954.
                              I am not able to tr­ack the parcel online as it has not been updated since 1may2­021.
                              I tried to call on the customer service agent but she cut the line.
                              Then I tried calling on delhi office no. [protected] cannot connect the line.

                              I am not able to tra­ck my parcel.

                              It a request to shree maruti courier ser­vice to please update me for my parcel with docket no. 21010­[protected], at the ea­rliest.

                                My packet left Ludhiana on 7th May 21. It had to reach Bangalore. But till today I have no information regarding my packet where is it. It is not shown in the tracking also. It is 10 days now. Request you to please deliver my packet immediately.                                     My package was received at Virar office of Maruti courier yesterday and today it was showing delivered so I called to check that where is the parcel, and that time I got to know that my parcel was delivery to another person and instead of giving me the information about parcel the lady at office kept the phone, service is not good at all and don't even know how to talk with customers.

                                        Booked a shipment on their website. They cancelled the order for some vague reason and informed the same to me on a phone call. Further they told me to contact them on their email with my banking details so I could get a refund but it has since been more than a week without any response from them on email.
