Hello .. i run a small online business by the name TAREEF SE TARASHA and i dispatched a parcel from SHREE MARUTI COURIER on 17/05/21 from Bareilly to Faridabad. The website says that the parcel is delivered although when i asked the customer she says that she hasnt got the parcel .. The tracking id is [protected]. Kindly help resolve the situation.

Sir I have send one parcel to delhi from sangamner and The docket no is 21010100­022954.
I am not able to tr­ack the parcel online as it has not been updated since 1may2­021.
I tried to call on the customer service agent but she cut the line.
Then I tried calling on delhi office no. [protected] cannot connect the line.

I am not able to tra­ck my parcel.

It a request to shree maruti courier ser­vice to please update me for my parcel with docket no. 21010­[protected], at the ea­rliest.

My packet left Ludhiana on 7th May 21. It had to reach Bangalore. But till today I have no information regarding my packet where is it. It is not shown in the tracking also. It is 10 days now. Request you to please deliver my packet immediately. People at Bangalore office also do not respond they dont pict the phone seeing my mobile number. Tracking no. [protected] dtd 7/5/21. Ludhiana.

Pl note your courier has a pathetic service they just keep on passing numbers to numbers and the person in-charge from marol hub speaks rudely to his customers says go and complain to prime minister as well
I shall never recommend and person or organization for such a pathetic service or such co-ordinator

My package was received at Virar office of Maruti courier yesterday and today it was showing delivered so I called to check that where is the parcel, and that time I got to know that my parcel was delivery to another person and instead of giving me the information about parcel the lady at office kept the phone, service is not good at all and don't even know how to talk with customers.

I have booked a parcel from chandigarh to Raipur on 22.04.2021 I have not recived parcel till date. The executives in Raipur don't lift my phone

Booked a shipment on their website. They cancelled the order for some vague reason and informed the same to me on a phone call. Further they told me to contact them on their email with my banking details so I could get a refund but it has since been more than a week without any response from them on email.

Today I have received a call from one of your employee by name Mr. BALAJI of Nanded branch where he said that my parcel has reached your Nanded office and he asked me to collect it from your Nanded office as their is lockdown imposed here, where i have informed him that I am a bank employee and I have to attend the bank and I can take the parcel either after 5.00 PM in the evening or before 9.00 AM in the morning. Instead of providing a solution he was talking all rubbish and in so informal way that I had to ask him his supervisor's number and he has provided the number of Mr. Prashant who claims himself as the incharge of your Nanded office.

Now when I called Mr. Prashant and informed him the complete scenario and asked him for the solution he starting talking very wrongly and so indecently and when I said I'm your customer and it's my right to ask about my parcel for which he was saying " KAIKE CUSTOMER HAI TUM" then he started talking to in disrespectful way by saying "TU" in every statement and when asked him why are you talking such a way so he was like how my office speaks to me I will speak in the same way to the customer's.

My point here is what ever your internal matter would be why the hell should the customer face the problem. Similarly if you are not capable of delivering the parcel then you would have not booked the shipment we would have gone to some other parcel service.

If i dont get a response from you with in 2 working days I will go to the consumer forum and will sue you for the misbehavior.

In this pandemic where everyone is lossing their jobs these people are talking so recklessly with the customers. I need an apology from them both else your company will face the consequences.

I sent courier from Sec. 20, Kharghar to Pune on 31st March, 2021. However, it was not reached and therefore, I started coordinating with representatives from 4-5 April. (Mob. Even i didn't getv any call from courier company so plz place my parcel to me as soon as possible.

As i had send my courier on 8th april from nadiad to ahmedabad
But today on sunday still its not reached.means it will available on monday 12th april...isse to accha BELGADI main pahoch jata...
Your company is taking highest money for the service
But your service is very very poor

Disatisfactory service. We have sent courier via POD [protected] on 27th Mar 21. Still the recipient not received the courier. Also we are not able to track it on ur website.

my name is akshay jain, with doc no. - [protected], i was getting a parcel from surat, it was dispatched on 19 march 2021, and delivered on 25 march 2021, I am raising complaint again and again, and there is no one responding on it, Sudhir and Manish are the person I am talking to,
they are saying its a system mistake for showing delivered and the courier we haven't received yet.
sir, I am not able to get where is my parcel right now, kindly provide my parcel asap!!!

I book a courier through Shree Maruti Courier services on[protected] .same is not delivered on time.. Again on 26th i called him and discussed the issue.. He assured me for delivery on 28th. Till yet I haven't received any call or anything from service provider. And the documents inside the courier is billty of consignment.. And any delay in releasing consignment would be chargable on hrs basis.. I need refund back my entire delay charges...

I have ordered 6kurti for sampling of the fabric from surat but when I received the parcel that was open from inside and instead of 6kurtis I received 4kurtis...no one is ready to enquire about the problem..just playing office office with consumer...

Hi, I live in Hubli, last week I received a package at Shree Maruti Courier Service I was given a call from them saying that they have received my package I asked them to deliver the package to my house because I was charged shipping from the buyer, the person who spoke to me was rude and said if you want you can come and collect it or else we will send back your package saying you denied yo accept the package. I had to travel all the way to get my package I told him not to accept the package if he can’t deliver it. Again this week I received a package at Maruti Courier and this time this guy who spoke to me was so rude and arrogant, I’m a women I was basically harassed by him on the call, he said no I’m not going to come and deliver the package if you want it come and collect it or else leave it and started shouting at me. When I said him he shouldn’t accept the package if he cannot deliver it then he started harassing and screaming at me more and more and said if you want to collect you can or else just leave it. I was really upset with the way he spoke to me.
