I have ordered 6kurti for sampling of the fabric from surat but when I received the parcel that was open from inside and instead of 6kurtis I received 4kurtis...no one is ready to enquire about the problem..just playing office office with consumer...

Hi, I live in Hubli, last week I received a package at Shree Maruti Courier Service I was given a call from them saying that they have received my package I asked them to deliver the package to my house because I was charged shipping from the buyer, the person who spoke to me was rude and said if you want you can come and collect it or else we will send back your package saying you denied yo accept the package. I had to travel all the way to get my package I told him not to accept the package if he can’t deliver it. Again this week I received a package at Maruti Courier and this time this guy who spoke to me was so rude and arrogant, I’m a women I was basically harassed by him on the call, he said no I’m not going to come and deliver the package if you want it come and collect it or else leave it and started shouting at me. When I said him he shouldn’t accept the package if he cannot deliver it then he started harassing and screaming at me more and more and said if you want to collect you can or else just leave it. I was really upset with the way he spoke to me.

One of my client courier had dispatched on 4th feb and its tracking id [protected], its almost 10 days, but still the courier didn't deliver to him. It's really disappointed.
Please deliver it as soon as possible otherwise we have to refund the Complete amount to him.

please update it will directly hit our production loss of approx 6.5lacs value . please update for this either we have to file a complaint for compensation & claim

I want to complain regarding Nallasopara (East) branch service and behaviour with customer. (Mr.Vallabh & Mr.Rajesh)
We are one of the customer for the same branch, these people charge the amount as per there requirement, sometimes Rs.160/-, Rs.150/- per kg for normal courier. And surprisingly when the parcel is not delivered as per the desired time, they give reason as, "there is problem in the system", address was not properly mentioned.
We would like to inform Maruti courier service that, if we are paying high amount as per their demand, we should get the proper response, even they are not bother to reply.

This happened 3 to 4 times in 1 month period.

Please take the necessary action so that your customer will not suffer because of these guys.

Your staff bakraj has told tat he has delivered the courier on 4th february in the correct address but the party has not received it . The sign shown is not matching the party sign. Balraj is saying you may complaint if you want but won't let us know wat exactly happened to tat important document

I've placed an order and should be delivered by your courier services. The tracking details is showing that my order has received indore at Maruti courier office on 23rd January but till now I haven't got my parcel. I'm calling at the office of Maruti courier in indore but they are not giving me the proper details. They disconnect the call without giving any specific reason.

Kindly solve this issue as soon as possible.

Sir may document no [protected] booking date 21/12/2020 sir mera courier surat se 21/12/2020 ko surat se nikla 24/12/2020 ko lucknow me pahucha vaha lucknow office vale ko koi surat maruti courier vala phone kr ke bola ki inka peyment nhi hua h to vo log mere courier nhi de rahe hhai muchh bol rahe hai ki surat se mere pass phone aya tha ki mere peyment nhi hai sir may 21 ko hi 550 ka peyment kr diya jab ki mere usme jada kuchh tha bhi...

I ordered a chain, it is not reached after 1 month, and I called customer service they told it was missed by their customers services, but not refunded the amount, my tracking I'd is [protected]

I sent to courier from ahmedabad to sankheda but of october 20 month courier & november 20 courier not received at sankheda and i dont receive proper answer so what should i do?

Our total parcel 4 but we received only to parcel and we asked your office him answer is un responsible and they say to for that we not responsible and sender party only responsible but send party total 4 parcel sent and we santosh medical agency receive 3 parcel so please tell me who is responsible for that your supplyer or sender party.

Worst courier service

The order is delivered bly timely.
The delivery boy refuse to delivered at home reason being aapka ghar galiyo mai .
Customer was pregnant she can't go to road where delivery boy is asked her to come . So
She talk to the office and told them about her problem and they said it will delivered to next working day .
The next day when courier doesn't arrive customer call back to courier office where they said they had return the courier back .
What kind of service are your providing to your customer .
They sent courie back without customer consent.

The reason they give " jab aap ek baar couicou lene nahi aa Sakti to dusre attempt mai kaise aayegi ".

What kind of reason is that . I[censored] can't delivered courier why u booked it as address is given along with courier .
And if the customer has to received it from your office mention it in your courier before registering it .
Or atleast told customer so .

Customer use private courier so that they
received the courier on time and at home
Else they can use transport service or bus.
If they have to received it on their own .
