today a person from your service came to deliver a parcel.

His behaviour was extremely rude, he had no clue about sender and address from where the parcel had come.
He insisted that a signature was required on the paper. This is not required in the pandemic situation now as per government regulations. He was also not using his mask properly.
He refused to show me any details. I later identified the sender myself. He refused to do a no contact delivery, i can provide my identification if required.
Pl send the parcel again to my residence through a proper delivery person. Pl take action against this errant employee. I am extremely dissappointed with shree maruti courier services.

    Hello there

    Yesterday I have received a parcel in which one item is missing.
    There was two item wrapped together, but i have got only one item in that parcel. The wrapping of the parcel that I have got was opened and repacked, I have attached the photo of the parcel below.

    I would be very much thankful if you look my above mentioned matter and help me to get my missed item as early as possible...

      Sree Maruti Courier Services Pattom, Trivandrum, items received by courier service on 13 morning and called by his delivery boy on same day and confirm that items will be delivered today or tomorrow morning ( Saturday). Again I called on Saturday morning he told that you will get items today but will be late, I accepted, again called replied wait but till 0830pm items not delivered, again called him that he had drunken and replied today is holiday. I give items on tomorrow on Sunday. Again I called Sunday at 0935am he replied today is Sunday holiday, will get items on Monday, due item not received I got very very loss. Please look into the matter and reply me,
      Otherwise I will go upto any level.

        My courier was suppose to come from maharashtra to kolkata ..till now I hvnt recieved the courier and on tracking website it says that I have recieved the courier when i tried talking to that person he said that the courier is recieved by the person but he has no proofs...and not even ready to talk he is just screaming that courier is delivered kn 11th but I hvnt recieved it yet my tracking no.           Booked courier from Shree Maruti and scheduled date of 13th Nov, 2020 and no one contacted for pickup from there team. Only one Customer care number and that is also no one will pick[protected]. Dropped mail to them, but no one responded.
          Principal Address mentioned in the invoice is also wrong, they told they shifted to other location.
          Too Bad Service, just given Order Ref No: [protected] that is also not trackable.

              Tracking I'd [protected] booked from amazon. Got a call from your nagpur branch that they cannot deliver my product and hence I may collect it from their office. What a home delivery means then? Better I would gone to a shop and bought my product. I[censored] guys cannot home deliver the items.. Dont take orders..I m a regular online shopper and have been receiving couriers regularly from all other courier companies.. Since I denied collecting the item from your office, they said they r returning it. Such a bad service.

                            Wrto the tracking ID: [protected], Chennai: Parrys office officials of yours shouting at the customer like a fish market walla.
                            He did not contacted me - I have a call log proof for that.
                            Only one call received, in that threatening mode - WHY I WAS NOT PICKING MY PHONE.? - in harsh words all of a sudden.! This is my first call from your courier today yaah!!! First, Pls have the habit of LISTENING!!!

                            Closing the complaint with the status - DOOR CLOSED. How my office door (Indian Bank Head Office) will be closed on monday evening.?
                            Don't know how to do the courier service. Still i didnt get the parcel!!!Worst service.
                            Today from amazon i received 2 parcels without any heck!!!

                            Kindly teach your officials, before its too late to lose your customers.

                                    Damaged package.

                                    Address: Shree maruti courier services, sangli , Maharashtra.

                                    I had sent two packages on 5 september 2020 from sangli maharashtra to srinagar. It got delayed by 6 days and even when received. One of the package was completely open and the table was broken completely also one of the part of table pencil holder was missing. I tried calling the customer service but they listened to my problem and cut the phone on my face. I need a refund immediately. Very bad service....

                                      It is very important that your courier guys contact the person to whom the parcel is being sent as the number is provided there. I had to check on my courier from several neighbors if the parcel was delivered to them as I did not receive any call from the courier guy and he delivered it to the wrong person when all the details with contact number is mentioned on the parcle.

                                      Kindly make sure the delivery guy calls the concerned person as this is not the first time with Maruti courier that they have done this blunder as I had to run here and there to get my parcel which should be delivered to me. These guys just ring the bell once and claims to be there but that is not the truth they dont even call. Other courier companies do.!!!
