Hello sir!! Myself irfan khan, my tracking id is [protected]. It was reached thane on 7 sep 2020 but i didn't get informed and it gone back again, so now i dnt knw where my parcel is please help me and delivered my parcel as soon as possible, really its urjent please help me. Thank you.

It is very important that your courier guys contact the person to whom the parcel is being sent as the number is provided there. I had to check on my courier from several neighbors if the parcel was delivered to them as I did not receive any call from the courier guy and he delivered it to the wrong person when all the details with contact number is mentioned on the parcle.

Kindly make sure the delivery guy calls the concerned person as this is not the first time with Maruti courier that they have done this blunder as I had to run here and there to get my parcel which should be delivered to me. These guys just ring the bell once and claims to be there but that is not the truth they dont even call. Other courier companies do.!!!

One of my courier (Documents) sent by Mundra Gujarat office on 28th of August 2020 but today 4th September 2020 I am still waiting for my courier. Status showing on your site, DOOR CLOSED, but infact your executive have not called up and have not come to deliver the courier. I don't know what's going on in your branch . There is not value of the customer in your office. I HAVE VERY VERY WORST EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR MANAGEMENT AND SERVICES. I WILL NEVER ASK TO YOU USE YOUR COURIER SERVICE IN FUTURE AND WILL ALSO SUGGEST TO MY ALL AGENTS ABD CLIENTS, NOT TO USE MARUTI COURIER IN FUTURE.

My courier of tracking number [protected] was supposed to be delivered om 28th of August but I did not receive it.
The status it was showing while tracking that the delivery was not made possible as my area is a non-delivery zone but in reality everything is working just fine in my area and the company without notifying me of any sort is returning the courier to the sender.
My contact number was provided and still they did not try to contact me to resolve this delivery problem.
I would kindly request you to make a refund of the shipping cost.
The courier contained live plant and this much time in shipping might have resulted in their death

Parcel is not received though showing delivered status online.
Wrong person name is mentioned on delivery information slip by delivery boy.
We have checked CCTV footage where delivery person is not seen.

It is been 40 days that my product is still not delivered to customer.. We are following up the maruti courier team for last one month and yet there is no reply from them.

Here all other courier services are working and they have delivered the package on time. Only this maruti courier service not delivering the package.

I had booked a couier from bangalore to trivandrum on 18th and it had reached cochin hub on 19th they had dispatched the same to kottkal which is wrong place after sending complaint they had send the package back to cochin hub and once gain they send the same back to bangalore, their customer service number is just for the fun and nobody will attend, company is the biggest fraud and they dont know the abc of the service industry, service is tooo pathetic beyond words.i would like to know if they would be interested in delivering the package as they are supposed to do.

I appreciate your services for more than 34 years in courier services but some how i am not satisfied with your end delivery services of any products/documents basis on my real experience. You products are available to the end delivery station and also shown delivered date as per your online tracking system but when we contact to end delivery station they said to me that if you want your parcel then come...

Order reached at respective destination 3 days ago but still not delivered to me.Flipkart, Myntra everyone is delivering to my place whole stadium road & veer Savarkar is open.Poor response from Bareilly maruti courier team was able to reach out to them after many trials.So, many complaint against them but still how come this franchise is going on.

Hi irresponsible peoples at shree maruti couriers,
It's really good experience with you shree maruti couriers as since after 5 days packets is at hub gurgaon but not delivered
We have multiple packets dispatched from greater noida on 29th july 2020 and given guarantee packets will be delivered in 2-3 days but it's almost 6 days over and both gurgaon packets are not delivered yet. Both packets having rakhi and gifts
We had word with sapna who took the order and she stopped picking up the calls from friday 31st july 2020, for 1 of packet she said mobile is not reachable whereas i called on same number at same time, it was reachable and sapna and other courier guy called them and had word too and courier guy and sapna said he will deliver by evening, but that evening has not come yet (Writing this mail on 03rd august 2020 05:00 pm - occasion rakshabandan)
On august 3rd morning i called greater noida office and they said they are still coordinating with gurgaon branch and shocking thing is they don't have their correct landline and mobile numbers both are not in use whichever they given ([protected] /[protected] ks shekhawat)
Then i had word with greater noida branch manager sunil ([protected]), he keeps telling packet will be delivered by 2 pm august 3rd 2020 he is coordinating with gurgaon, i tried calling him at around 02:20 pm then he said pls don't call me again packets will be delivered in some time. I tried calling again around 04:30 pm but he is not picking up calls (Find attachments for call logs)
If you guys don't know if you could deliver or not then why do you guys take orders and commit to customers and playing with people's emotions on such occasions
For your records sharing call records and raising complaints in other possible forums, court's and public places like facebook/twitter etc

Can any of you higher management numbers/mail-id, if you guys don't, anyway i will get it from many other contacts

I am unable to track my consignment by tracking number. Contact to their branch they misbehaving with us. I have important papers in this. My parcel number is [protected].

Himatangar shree maruti couriers staff is miss behave by call with costumer regarding courier & Not attending phone call, always cut the calls.
Not good way to talk with costumer also service is very bad from himatngar

Aap logo ki ghatiya services ke liye mujhe bahut gussa aa raha hai, aap log ki services bahut hi bekar hai, mera ek courier ([protected]) medical jhansi se 10 tareekh ko chala tha kanpur ke liye, jo abhi tak 23/07/2020 tak mujhko receive nahi hua, roj - roj tracking ke baad bhi, abhi tak golmol baate ho rahi hai, aur aaj update kar rahe hai ki wo vapas jhansi aa gya hai, is lachar services ke liye hum aap ki vajah se pareshaan ho rahe hai, maine jhansi me pandey courier (Mob. No. [protected]) aur vishal ji ([protected]) jisko humari bank hdfc bank, medical branch, jhansi se courier receive kiya tha se lagataar sampark kiya, lekin sirf jhoothi baato ke alawa aapki services me kuch nahi dikha, agar ho sake to kripa karke isko humare address, quick solution and services, 6 p block, kunj vihar, yashoda nagar, kanpur me bhej de, aur koi dikkat ho to mob. No. [protected], [protected] par sampark kare.

I dont not got my parcel. It was registered on 23rd of june. Its about to be 1 month and i did not got it.
Even the trecking is not available.

Worst delivery ever. Shree maruti courier pvt. Ltd you have the worst customer care support. Guwahati assam phone number is out of reach everytime i called.

Courier was booked on 13.07.2020. It has not been delivered yet. Also, the tracking status shows no update for the last four days and was last updated on 16.07.2020. I tried calling the helpline number several times but it is not responding.

My consignment number [protected] is shipped from surat to bhiwandi 421302 on 27th june. Last status is on 28th june at andheri. After that there is no update and even my parcel is not delivered yet. Kindly check what is the problem it has been so many daysi am really worried about my parcel please help me with it and deliver my parcel urgently. Thank you

Parcel with tracking number [protected] was dispatched on 10/06/2020 and has not reached the destination till 30/06/2020.
While tracking it shows outscan from lucknow hub to lakhimpur.
Its destination is lakhimpur kheri pin 262701 and was dispatched from surat.

They are not delivered parcels

My customer parcel. Did not received whenever i tracked its show same place in everday[protected] shipping number

I sent box from Dhrangdhra a month ago; which is still not delivered to my
company. Give it back or sent to my company. I attached pictures of box.
