I have one parcel courier 16/8/2019 at b g tower near delhi darwaja courier from your branch courier at ahmedabad to botad todays is 19/8/2019 but still parcel not delivered. My shipment no:-[protected] i have so many call from botad branch and also ahmedabad branch and rajkot ro branch but still parcel not dispacted kindly noted i m your regular client no one give me exect answer where is my parcel? Parcel is key please kindly response as eraly as possible

I have sent a parcel to my hometown haryana from bangalore it was almost 4kgs bt when they recieved it the box was already open in a condition that someone can easily take out the things from both the sides and when we opened it completely we found many of the things missing from that n now it weigh only 3kgs very much disappointed with your service i lost my important things and i need them back😡😡😡

Had called to check where the product is out for delivery so that we can be available for the same.in response to this, the guy from the other end is saying "hum ko bohot kaam hota hai... Phone kar ke disturb mat karo". On asking why he said that, he says "timepass mat karo, delivery hai toh aa jaayega.. Ghar baitho aa jayega..!!"
Is this the service you all provide..??!!
If it is such a pain in your a*, then why are you even running the business..!!!

Courier was shipped through maruti courier service from goa on 2 july, still not received in bellandur, bangalore.

Both, goa and bangalore office have no idea where the parcel is.
It has been 13 days now and still no response whatsoever.
We have not received any help in finding the parcel from goa or bangalore office. Both the offices are blaming each other.
Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.

The website shows absolutely no information regarding the status of my parcel. What is the point of providing a tracking id if there is no use for it? And the customer service person is so intelligent that she has replied to my email asking about my product stating that there is no online update and so i have to contact the booking branch. The booking branch is part of the same company. She is supposed to contact them. What the hell is the customer service there for?

Sir medicine courier on 03/07/20019 from najafgarh delhi to hathras junction pin code-204102, devinagar bajaj agency for senior citizens packet received on hathras city on 05/07/2019 for noon but non delivery till date after noon (08/07/2019) he call collect here to senior citizen several calls done by me to hathras city & najafgarh delhi but no results, he stay on own words ie collect here then why i spend rs-150/ i spend only approx-50₹& packet received at destination by speed post

My consignment number [protected] is shipped from surat to patna 800008 on 23rd may 2019.but my parcel is not delivered yet.last status on my parcel is on 25th may after that there is no ststus about my parcel not even i got any call or details.kindly check what is the problem i want my parcel to get deliver urgently it has been so many days.please kindly check what is the problem and update me urgently and deliver my parcel as soon as possible.thank you

I sent earbuds to my friend from Mumbai to Tamil nadu on Saturday & got confirmation from lady who was at billing counter that parcel will be delivered on Monday surely 99%. Again on Monday I called at center as parcel was not delivered so lady told me that the parcel wrongly sent at different ware house location so it will be deliver Tuesday by 3 PM to destination later she told before 8 PM will reach, again evening I called so she said tomorrow (wed) by 3 PM surely 99% will reach. Again I waited whole day today she parcel has to reach to . When late evening after doing so much follow up still parcel was not deliver at place I called that lady she is saying madam it will get deliver by today 8pm when I asked why u guys find so much difficultly to deliver such small thing she said earphone mai aisa problem hota hai madam, when u already knew such items u cant deliver than tell the customers at first place that such items will not be delivered why did u accept my parcel?? And gave me the number of tuticorin branch person whom I called who doent have sense how to speak with person was trying to figure out the details about my parcel even after explaining many times he did not understand and rudely said tumko kya chaye kal hoga deliver aaj nhi hoga & just cut the call still my frnd has not receive parcel.
Very unprofessional and rude staff who have no skills how to deal with people.
Your giving us service for that we pay the charge so it's your responsibility to provide us service your executive speaks to people as they are doing some social work.
Will never use your service ever again in my life nor would recommend any one.

Their delivery person refused to deliver on the address given. He said his manager says don't waste petrol. He called me in-between and delivered the parcel. I told him that i l complain then he said sure. You can complain. Name of that manager is manoj joshi. Aurangabad.
If such courier company exists and boasting themselves one of the trusted and fastest services in india then it's very bad for the development of our country.
Such delivery person and manager should be punished and company management should also be warned.

The above courier has not been delivered to me, bit claims it to be delivered by your delivery person. The document shows a name, 'ashok' but there is no person called so at my security.
I was at home and he called me to say that it was raining and he could not come to the apartment and would leave the courier at the security. I called the delivery boy and he says that he himself has written down the name.
I have checked the cctv footage and we do not see any courier being delivered on the said day.
There was a security by name abhijit on that day.
Please ensure that this courier is delivered to me at the earliest.

Parneet kaur tracking no (Protected) courier was done from barnala to bangalore on 15 may 2019 showing delivered in bangalore 19 may 2019, not delivered until 26 may when asked said area comes under non delivery zone come and collect from jalahalli cross i went as it contained my medicines but when went there, no one was there and said to come further 4 kms and after that said if you are comming ok otherwise we will return it and without listening cut the call, same goes for custmer care in barnala, please atleast respond proper

I have sent courier from delhi to ahmedabad from shree maruti courier services on 9th may, 2019. They have lost my parcel containing silver jewellery worth ₹10000/- nobody is taking any responsibility for the same, their customer care executives are very rude and misbehaving, they dont help solving the issue of the customer rather are ruthless and disconnected the call. There is no direct email id of the md to raise complains against it, nobody is taking any action against the same.

Hi recently i have courier some documents to udaipur from surat. On 30/04/19
I went to this courier company center and ask if they courier it to the mentioned address. They checked and said yes we do so i booked the courier and paid 140 for it. And they said that it will be delivered in 4 days.
But guess what on 11/05/19 i received a call from them, they said that your courier is returned as it is out of delivery area. I told...

I'm very disappointed with ur way of working, i was summit my courier box (Medicine) in ahmedabad 14th may'19 morning 11:39am to goshainganj faizabad up. But still my courier not delivered yet.. As per ur call center & ur faizabad agency packet inscan faizabad yesterday (17th may'19) but ur team is saying packet will delivered monday (20th may)...
By courier 1packet delivery time 7days, how come it's justified..
Team plz suggest what can do.. Medicine is so important for my father.. 🙏 🙏

We have sent a courier with pod[protected] on dated 16.03.2019 from bob ashadha to bob jhankar branch.
But courier not reached at the destination after more than a month.
Now your courier person told that sir that particular courier lost and no solution for this.

I was supposed to receive my "pre paid" package today at around 2-5 which i specified but the delivery boy arrived at around 12:50 noon and since i am a student i was not able to attend (2) call. I called the delivery boy 5-6 time at around 1:20 but he did not receive my call. Then i got a call later telling me to come and receive the package from main delivery centre which is extremely far from where i live. I contacted the customer service representative as the delivery boy was extremely rude and the service was reluctant to give me my package but the customer care was not too helpful the rep who answered the phone went into her long drawn out scripted answer. I asked to speak with the executive in kota and after waiting on hold she gave me a number. When i contacted the executive there (Ram something) he was extremely rude and told me that my package would not be delivered to me!! First and foremost, i am paying for the service the person’s job to listen to my problem but i kept being cut off and interrupted. The courier person had decided not to help me and had been unfriendly this is unacceptable.

I was supposed to receive my parcel today in between 2-5 which i had already specified. But the delivery boy arrived at around 12:50 with the package and i was unavailable to pick up the call and now they are reluctant to deliver my parcel. The customer service was of no help too. The main kota centre man was very rude and was literally scolding me. I hated the entire experience will probably never use this service 100 /100 not recommended.

My courier has been dispatched on 19th march and it is 1 week now, there is no update available since 19th march, on 19th march it has reached delhi and after that it is stucked there and no further update available about it. These people are not working i think because the courier isn't moving since a long time. I would not recommend this courier at all.

My banking kit will, come to me via this sheree maruti courier service, they are not able to find out my address, but i had given my whole address with pincode, there is my contact number also available and this address is already on google also, but i think they are not very serious to serve the customer properly.
When i had tracked my courier, that was statused as a return, but i didn't get any call from their side for taking assistance of the proper address.
More than this, when i had called to the customer care number of this courier service, they are giving me, very bad response.

I am very upset, because, i was needed my banking kit, because, i need money for medical emergency of my family.

I need to ask the authority, what i can understand, if i lost my nearer person due tho just i had not get my banking kit.

Please take, some serious action against this service, so that, further nobody has to face, this serious trouble, that i am going through right now.
