Here i would likew to say that i did my courier 26/09/2018 from jhansi to talbehat near lalitpur... U. P but not yet recieved to my client respected one.

Its too late now you tell me who will give the compuntation to me thien letter should be reach at least in a 1 week but still my client is waiting.

I have book a envelop from hazaribag (Jharkhand, india) branch of shree maruti courier service pvt. Ltd. To deliver at gurgaon (Haryana, india) on 24/09/2018.
Now today (05/10/2018) we have yet not received at gurgaon add.
My tracking no. =[protected], dt - 24/09/2018.

Its been more than 13days since i have not received my courier yet. It was couried from ludhiana to bangalore on 13th september 2018. And when i track the courier it shows in transit to delhi airport hub on 14/09/2018. Its been since 12 days i have no idea regarding my courier and i still have not received it. I tried calling the toll free number but there is no response from them. I even tried calling the hub but no response from them still. I fear weather they lost my parcel as there is no response from anyone. My tracking id is[protected]. I request you to kindly get my parcel immediately.

Very pathetic service by shree maruti courier service. Keep on giving one of the other reason for delaying the service even though paying for fast track service. Using normal delivery method (2-3 days) instead of fast track method (Within 24 hours).

I have couriered my parcel from mumbai to hyderabad on 01-oct, 11 am using fast track service based on the commitment made by the operator saying that parcel will be delivered to the party within 24 hours. Operator also committed that even though it is public holiday on 02-oct, their services will be running on this day and parcel will be delivered next day i. E. 02-oct by 1-2 pm. I had shell out hefty amount for fast track service as the parcel was very urgent to be delivered. Next day when i traced the parcel on their site it was showing parcel had reached hyderabad shipment office but there was no one to pick up parcel and deliver it to the address. When i tried to chase the hyderabad shipment office they responded saying that the hyderabad office is closed as it is having holiday and it will be delivered next day i. E. 03-oct while mumbai courier office was open on 02-oct. When i chased mumbai courier office on 02-oct, the staff is saying sorry and were behaving very rudely as if they haven't done any mistake. This people used normal delivery approach instead of fast track method. Till now (03-oct, 12 pm) the other party haven't received the parcel. God knows when this will be delivered.

Request head office of shree maruti services to look into this matter and request to not play with the customer emotions.

i had send a parcel from mumbai to kolkata.
but in kolkata my parcel has been received in your office,
but yet not deliver to me, and when we are calling to them, they are just replying that my delivery boy has taken your parcel he is on the way. what the hell is this since from the 4 hr they are just answering the the same. and even when we had asking a no of delivery boy they directly refused to give a no..
very bed service, highly disappointing.

I had sent a perfuem bottle to my friend in raipur from dlnew delhi patel nagar through surface mode on 17.09.2018 through shree maruti courier not the first time i had sent this! But this time when my friend received the bottle it was totaly broke picture attached!
This is really shamefu to know that what kind of handling do the courier people do?

Actually i was been posted a your courier about before 25-26 days, but it reached to my old home and neighbours also requested to give them but the courierboy (Vinodbhai) said no, and neighbours also requested to send it at my new home but he doesn't took any interest in it. He passed it back to office. Now what should we do at least he would have call us. So my name is nihar

Fast track service is pathetic. I was told my package would reach its destination by 1 pm tomorrow but was reached around 5pm. Which is very late for fast track service. My package needed to be delivered to its destination party before 3pm so i choose this this service provide and what i get totally dissatisfaction. If this organisation is providing this type of service, do you think i will ever use your services of this organisation. Even thought calling service provider and package deliver guy for multiple times, they didn't delivered package before specified time. Please improve your fast track service.

Courier was sent on 31st august. And it was supposed to reach on 1st september. But it was returned saying party not accepted. The receiver was at home full day waiting for the courier and nobody rejected the courier. It was an urgent courier but still there was no call to the sender or receiver for returning the courier.

The courier has to reach the receiver today which is 4 september 2018.. Anyhow.. As already 3 days are wasted..

This is a very urgent matter and prompt action will be appreciated.

My document has not yet delivered to the place which mention on the courier.

The status showing delivered. But it has not delivered. There are nothing mentioned in the status more than delivered.

There has to be the name of received person and sign and some proof of delivered courier. But just writing the status delivered does not end the responsibility.

There are very important document in there and i could not recreate that documents so i have select fast track maruti courier for safety of documents but now i am in trouble.

My tracking no[protected]..i booked my parcel in aundh pune office..at the time booking my packet was 3kg..my brother received only 1 kg parcel...my parcel was stolen worth rs 8400..which was brand new clothes...if i didnt reveive my clothes or same amount

Horrible service from your end. Condignment is lost and no help from your side. After calling service provider also no information was provided. Important papers are lost in the process. The consignment was from surat to kollata.[protected] is my consignment number. After talking once service providers are not receiving calls. See if my papers could be salvaged.

Your delivery boy is not delivering the parcel to the address .It dispatched from loni kalbhor on 04/08/2018 and today's date is 10/08/2018 But parcel still not delivere to the address. At the time of parcling your person told me that parcel will be deliver to the address on the time and now he calling and said that you have to collect it from my office. Is the way of your service. I am totally unsatisfied and from now m using your service any more. Thank you!

They are not updating online tracking a, the receiver is saying that he has not received the package.
Maruti courier are showing me the paper in which they ahve taken signature of the receiver but there is no name and phone number of the reciever mentioned only a sign which is not recognizable.
The package have product worth 1000rs.
Now who is responsible for that.

Please pay me 1000rs if you cant resolve this issue.

I had sent 2 t-shirts which i had bought through amazon, back to the seller saira fashion.

The products are not yet showing delivered at your site. I have asked for pod from your branch but he is not getting valid signed & stamped copy of pod from the seller saira fashion.

For courier[protected], amazon has confirmed from seller that they have not received the courier & maybe the product is lost in transit.

The product is worth 399 inr each & once delivered will process the refund for me.

I am frustrated by many follow ups done at your branch. Requesting you to look into this & resolve the same to the earliest.

If the product is lost in transit, i would request shree maruti courier to refund my amount of 399 inr plus 140 courier charges of each order.

I have booked my courier to delhi with doc no.[protected] on 1-6-2018. But still today,[protected] has not reach to delhi. It is vary important document which i have to submitted to mentioned address at delhi. But it was not reached to destination in time. Due to this we have suffer a lot.

Due to your system failure who will bear this loss. Please kindly needful and reply urgently.

Our bank of baroda masda mohanpur, ambedkarnagar branch courier service is done by maruti courier service.
Courier man has taken account opening forms of rbo lucknow on dt 22.05.2018 but till now he has not delivered it to rbo lucknow.
One account is of petrol pump and he is daily asking about his account and he will move to other bank if his account is not opened shortly.
We have already complained about poor service of maruti service but no action was taken as a result we are loosing customer base
