I have booked my courier to delhi with doc no.[protected] on 1-6-2018. But still today,[protected] has not reach to delhi. It is vary important document which i have to submitted to mentioned address at delhi. But it was not reached to destination in time. Due to this we have suffer a lot.

Due to your system failure who will bear this loss. Please kindly needful and reply urgently....

Our bank of baroda masda mohanpur, ambedkarnagar branch courier service is done by maruti courier service.
Courier man has taken account opening forms of rbo lucknow on dt 22.05.2018 but till now he has not delivered it to rbo lucknow.
One account is of petrol pump and he is daily asking about his account and he will move to other bank if his account is not opened shortly.
We have already complained about poor service...

I need to file a case against max life insurance, this courier conducted by your company contains my policy kit thus i need pod for delivery awb no.[protected], i would like to know the status of this delivery, for further proceedings.in case i do not get a response this will be considered helping the culprit company., because i tried several times calling over toll free number and two women hung up my call on my face busy not to help...

I had sent a courier (Laptop charger + 2 photos) to my home town varanasi up. The courier boy appeared to my home with a tempered courier package where laptop charger was mising. So we didn't received the courier. After that i went to the shop from where i couriered it. They are completly unsupportive unprofessional as the courier company. I have two parcels sent by Maruti courier
1. Awb[protected] on 19/04/2018 1.50pm
this parcel with the mistake of the customer representative that parcel reached Dombivli on 20th and it was opened and the bubble wraps were tornned not repacked properly for which the client recev. the parcel in broken condition that too on 23rd April (local courier)
2. AWB[protected] sent on 24/04/2018 2.18pm this parcel was broken...

My courier booked on 17/3/18from chennai to kamptee location.however on tracking and inquiring to nagpur location nagpur people said they don't have service for kamptee location on this i made a cal to chennai people after so many blank responses i asked calmly for not to book parcel if they donot provide services for particular location .the person on phone started shouting and instead of solving my issue started abusing...

I had given Cheque Book Request to my bank HDFC. It was despatched through Maruti Courier on 16th March as per message received from the bank on my registered mobile number. The said Docket status shown / updated by the representative of the said courier agency is shown as DOOR LOCKED.
However, this is to infor myou that there was a phone call from M/s. Maruti Courier office &I was asked to collect the said courier from their office...

I got a courier delivered today in bangalore by one courier boy named raju. He refused to come inside the apartment & is asking aged people to come to gate & collect.

Is this your service?? I am surprised that the courier boy actually told me he cannot walk & if the security guard allows me to go in bike i will deliver else you have to come & collect.

On feb 20, 2018, at about 9.30 am, i visited shree maruti courier services pvt ltd at hsr layout to deliver an important document to trivandrum. Umesh, supposedly the person in charge there told me that the package will reach after two days, i. E., on feb 22, 2018. He told me that if i sent through fast track, then it will reach before 1 pm. Since this was extremely urgent, i paid rs.300 and chose to send through fast track mode.

My customer ordered something from me and my vendor shipped it through this so called maruti courier service which is actually not a service, they serve us only we have to worry about the deliveries. I am tremendously misbehaved by a fellow named mohan mokaria, branch manager, over phone. When i arrived at the maruti office, i was dismayed to see nobody there. I waited for 20 mins before i made a call, only to get a misbehavior and an order to wait for another 30mins. I want an answer for this. Is this how your company deals with customer?? I want an apology from mr mohan or whosoever it is....
