We had sent a packet of ready made garment weighing around 31 kgs to gurgaon through shree maruti courier service pvt ltd vide their c/n no[protected] dt 30.01.2014 but the same has been misplaced by them almost 3 months have past but nothing positive from their end inspite of writing several times.We would like to lodge case agst them under consumer forum.Pls help

    I Rajeshwari goyal, made a courier on 21/5/2012 from Mumbai to Faridabad. The parcel did nt reach the destination, according to the company the parcel has been misplaced (lost). My parcel was containing clothes worth about Rs4500 (excluding the courier charges 280). I submitted all the bills requested by the company . its more than 15 days now and the company still dont have a solution to it.
