My company had couriered a one packet of samples on 7th June, 23 bearing [protected]. But till the time it has not received. How pathetic service you are giving....

Hi Shree Maruti Team, I have purchased a very valuable item from Robocraze and on 21 June 2023 and it shipped on 21 June 2023, On 23 June 2023 ( according to your website) it reaches my city Dehradun but they didn't deliver it and I had payed extra amount for delivery in 2 days. You have not made any update regarding it on website or app also.

Kindly deliver my parcel as soon as possible as it is very valuable and important...

Who was on other side using very abuse language for me not dealing me as a customer. He was dealing with abuse words against me. Please take strict action against him...

Found this service to be very pathetic .
And received very late. (Transit time shown it reached the destination but took more than 1 week to reach in hand)
The package found to be half open & tampered !!! Why?? Then why to pack the product ?
Delivery service also very pathetic....

We need urgent delivery...
