I am from bhubaneswar..this ta the second time I am complaining they aren't delivering my parcel.
It's been 5 6days it has reached to the bhubaneswar center as per the tracker
But they aren't even delivering
I want it soon .. otherwise I will take legal action for sure ...

My courier has been sent from Mumbai, Maharashtra to Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh on 10th Aug 2023.
However today is 25th August and I have not received it.

I have been following up with maruti courier assistant Miss Pooja, however nothing has been solved yet.

Also I have been following up with courier service employee Vivek Jaiswal who is taking care of Prayagraj branch. From last 2 weeks he has been making false assurances that my courier will be delivered, however every next day it is not.

Today he himself assured me that he will be coming with the courier however he also didn't came like his delivery boys.

I mean what kind of pathetic behaviour of an employee is this. My health is not well and they have kept my medicines from last 2 weeks but they are not coming to deliver it at home.

I want that strict action needs to be taken against Mr. Vivek Jaiswal who is taking care of Prayagraj hub at judges colony

My parcel has reached at bhubaneswar and it's been s days they aren't deliver the parcel..may be they have lost it
My money will he wasted is this how this courier is working they are so careless.
I want my parcel within 2days anyhow.

But he is not picking call and not responding on what's app .he told me clearly we will not delivered your packet.i also said him I will come please tell me address.but he is not picking call .it's very worst behaviour. If my packet will not received and I will take an action to next level . Because that is very important.

The said Courier Agency delivered our courier via tracking no. [protected] containing verification forms to Delhi instead of Banglore. The said courier was required to be delivery within due date . We will have to suffer non-waivable fees if it does not reach on time. The staff is not being responsible nor co-operative. Kindly do the needful.

After filling tracking details does not show shipment details. id [protected] its a medicine please provide as soon as possible.
and all contact number are busy.

To track my delivery I am trying to communicate throught customer care and branch center. They are not responding to any calls

The parcel arrived to the office, but he did not inform us that you take the parcel from us, he was about to return it without asking us.He treated us rudely manner.

[protected] the parcel is showing delivered but my customer didn't recieved it. I request you to kindly ask your team to get it delivered with her signature and update the proof on tracking as well.

Hi, recently I've ordered fe products from a brand in Mumbai. The delivery guy contacted me and said he is at the location. When I asked for which location, he said " you don't know you're location? ". I told him I have house in Bangalore as well as chennai. So wanted to know from which location you're calling?. This guy told me " if you you're from Bangalore then speak only Bangalore language '. This is such non sense. I really don't know What bothers him. It is my wish as to which language I'm speaking. Who's he to tell me that? Also haven't received my parcel yet. Tried calling him again and again but he's not picking the call . Want to complaint about his rubbish way of approach.

From march month onward without informing company hold the shipments from there side and after that they are not taking load from my side also. All my load forwrding charge are still pending at company side shree maruti courier service doing huge loss for me. For all these area manager Girish Desai is responsible. And for my loss company and Girish desai is responsible.

Actually I ordered fishes 2 times. In 1st time I ordered on 5th July, 2023 and received on 8th July, 2023 but when order received there is a 1 fish dies. Then on 2nd time I ordered on 24th July, 2023 and received on 27th July, 2023 but their is a situation happen as same as previous one there are 2 fishes dies. When I will order this again is this will happen again like this?

19/07/2023 ko Shree maruti courier robertsganj Sonbhadra me hamne apna ek parcel dia th.
Jo pincode 285202 par bhejna tha.
Lekin aj 24/07/2023 Tak dispatch hi nahi Kia Gaya hai.
Or satisfied answer bhi nahi mil rha hai.
Tracking me bhi kuch show nahi kar Raha hai.
4-5 din me hamara parcel pahuch Jana chahiye tha lekin fir se bhejenge to bahut fir se 4-5 din ka time lgega.
Please sir me chahta hu ki nitin courier ([protected] ) inke khilaf jayaj action liya jaye.

Dear sir/ madam
My name is Binay Kumar Roy. AWB no. [protected]. My courier shipment purnia to Mumbai. But courier is return to purnia. Online tracking update deleverd done to purnia on 21/07/23. But I m not pickup this courier. My original bill for claim reimbursement in package. I lost amount 25000/.
Please help. It's urgent basis.

My courier was booked on 15Jul from Narayana(Delhi) and it has to reached at my location B-51 sector-63 Noida 201301 on 17Jul, But now as per tracing with their Noida team phone no.[protected], they are saying your courier is misplaced by the delivery executive, so I need claim only product cost and new we fast courier charge.

My Parcel with order number [protected] has not been received at the provided address but the tracking information shows it as delivered on 14th july 2023
Kindly deliver my parcel as soon as possible as i need it urgently
