My Parcel with order number [protected] has not been received at the provided address but the tracking information shows it as delivered on 20th April 2023.

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on 17th April in Chennai. I am not able to track my package through their portal not am I getting a proper response from their customer support. My parcel contains expensive PC parts, please help me to resolve this issue.

It's been 5 days, the package was was supposed to reach by Sunday (16th April) as per their expected delivery date to Chennai. I am not able to track my parcel through the tracking ID ([protected]) and there is no proper response from their customer care as well. My package contains expensive PC parts, please help me get my parcel delivered.

My family has booked the consignment from srinagar on 28th March. And on 30th as per online tracking it has reached Hyderabad. And i wait till 31st to get the consignment delivered. The delivery guy continusly calling from past 2 days and forcing me to collect the parcel from the office.It as heavy box and he is calling and telling to come to office and collect it that's not possible and even he is talking so rudely

My shipment no. is[protected] kunzer to Bhagalpur. Now the courier office Bhagalpur staff said that “your shipment was coming by car. That car was seized by Cell Tax department and Your shipment will not deliver or when will deliver, I don't know.“

My Courier order no. is [protected] for kunzer to Bhagalpur booked on 04/03/2023. As per tracking on your site it's shows OUTSCAN FROM PATNA HUB TO BHAGALPUR-MPD ROAD on 10/03/2023. But item didn't delivered till now. For enquiry related item, I reached at the shree maruti courier office, Bhagalpur. But staff of the office said " I am not responsible for your order. you can complain anywhere." Then I contacted to customer care and at the conference with customer care representative & courier staff Bhagalpur, the courier office staff again misbehaved with me ...

They are not delivering the courier at our place which is 4 km from your office in Dahanu. And the person on call was very rude when i told him to deliver my product at my workplace which is 3 km from your office

Hi All,
This is with reference to one of the courier with docket # [protected] was sent through one of your franchise " AAROHI OR BRIGHT INTERNATIONAL - Miss. Namrata ". The attached invoice is for your reference.

This consignment was sent as COD (INR # 48, 410) and which was accepted by the above said franchise of yours to deliver. However, they had no reach so they sent through your another delivery partner "Delhivery" and the Delhivery team has handed over the parcel to the customer without collecting amount.

The Franchise is not ready to send back our parcel or hand over the funds received from the customer. And if in case your team has sent through your third party then your team is responsible on getting this issue resolved.

Request you all to take this up with your franchise and provide refund as the funds are handed over to us.

If in case, this is not addressed ASAP, then we may look for legal guidance on this case.

Yesterday I was calling a customer care of shree maruti courier service on [protected] regarding my courier no. [protected] but the call came from the your courier service from [protected]. Who was on other side using very abuse language for me not dealing me as a customer. He was dealing with abuse words against me. Please take strict action against him

Found this service to be very pathetic .
And received very late. (Transit time shown it reached the destination but took more than 1 week to reach in hand)
The package found to be half open & tampered !!! Why?? Then why to pack the product ?
Delivery service also very pathetic.

My important parcel received at maruti courier serive point. He is not deleivering my parcel since last 4 days. Even not answering properly on mobile. His deleivery boy also not responding the phone. My parcel not getting. Itts not acceptavle at al.

I had important parcel received from pune to nanded maruti courier center. This courier service point not deleivering my package since last 4 days. Not responding properly on call and abusing for providing. My documents are important and need on urgent basis.

I had received a call to collect parcel. The delivery boy is under my apartment but he was saying he will not deliver parcel at home (my flat is on first floor) you or any person send to collect it. At that time only my mother was at home and I'm not at home although he saying send any family member to collect or collect the parcel from office. I said of you have to deliver any parcel and then deliver my parcel but he not try to listen and only saying collect your parcel from office... Further I try to communicate at there office but no satisfied reply from them. They stated that there is no delivery dept under them so they can't say anything to that person...
