My important parcel received at maruti courier serive point. He is not deleivering my parcel since last 4 days. Even not answering properly on mobile. His deleivery boy also not responding the phone. My parcel not getting. Itts not acceptavle at al.

I had important parcel received from pune to nanded maruti courier center. This courier service point not deleivering my package since last 4 days. Not responding properly on call and abusing for providing. My documents are important and need on urgent basis.

I had received a call to collect parcel. The delivery boy is under my apartment but he was saying he will not deliver parcel at home (my flat is on first floor) you or any person send to collect it. At that time only my mother was at home and I'm not at home although he saying send any family member to collect or collect the parcel from office. I said of you have to deliver any parcel and then deliver my parcel but he not try to listen and only saying collect your parcel from office... Further I try to communicate at there office but no satisfied reply from them. They stated that there is no delivery dept under them so they can't say anything to that person...

I book my parcel on 21st of January in daltonganj hub to bhopal.but item not deliverd in time.

We have sent one parcel from navi mumbai sanpada to howara which got returned due to non service area but still not Recieved.
Local office ppl are not responding properly

I have hired courier services of Blue Lotus Express Ambrapali Archade Thane West (Maruti Franchisee) to send a purse to be sent to at Lokhandwala Complex Kandivali east pin 400101. On 9.1.23 I got a call from the Blue Lotus Express that my courier is held up because there was money found inside the courier. I was in ooty that time hence I could not visit the office.
I came to Thane on 15.01.23 and went office to find out the status of the courier. On inquiry I was informed that Maruti courier had levey penalty of Rs 2500/- for the Blue Lotus. I asked the franchisee owner to provide the receipt given by Maruti courier, but the owner refused to give the receipt /bill raised by M/s Maruti Courier instead the owner said I will give in writing on their letter head that Maruti courier has charged them the penalty.

I want to Know

1. Whether Shri Maruti collect penalty Money without issuing Proper receipt?
2. Am I not entitled to get proper receipt raised by Maruti on Blue Lotus
or atleast photo copy of the bill/receipt raised by Maruti?
3. I am ready to pay the penalty if there is an irregularity in the courier but I should get proper receipt from Maruti courier.

Kindly Investigate the matter and let me know the status ASAP.

This parcel booked form Mumbai To West Bengal, Basirhat at Jan 06, 2023 & and at there website(shreemaruti.com) when I track (12.01.2023) this order its slowing already delivered at Jan 11, 2023.

Next day when I Checked this again at Jan 13, 2023 its showing Return Delivered. But I can't find when I get this parcel to return this. Even they r not showing any reason.
What kind of service are your providing to your customer .
They sent parcel back without customer consent.

On 31st December 2022 courier is being dispatched ! As of now there no updates since 3 days. Please resolve this issue.

Hi, my "gift an Export Scheduling diary" sent from Shipping line have not delivery to me, and the same either kept by your courier boy Or delivered to his dear people. But i was still awaiting to arrival of it to me. your office person "Mr. Kapil" not helped to get delivery it correct person yet. docket [protected].

I placed a courier order from maruti courier service roorkee to khatauli when the order was received in khatauli the things in the package were not there they were eaten by someone during the shipping process. I request you to look in to this matter and solve it by refunding or anything what u can do which can satisfy our disappointment with your company as soon as possible otherwise I further have to take high actions against it .

My office sent me a courier via Shree Maruti couriers in October, 2022 but I have not received it till date. It shows as delivered on October 27, 2022 on the tracking site.

Courier material ( Power Supply Unit) recieved yesterday on 6 PM at our Company Gate now today Courier opened today morning found in damaged condition ( Power Supply Unit Cover Damaged) .
M/s.ACME Automation Pune sent material on Wednesday Evening on to pay basis to M/s. Indiana Conveyors Private Limited Jejuri.
Above material damaged issue discuss with party after courier opened, party says this material not damaged at thier end.As per party discussion they said this material damaged in Courier transportation so please rectified this issue earlier.
Without rectification this issue i will not paid your Courier Charges / give penalty for this issue to you.

My Courier booking date 20th October 2022 of Consignment Number [protected] Booking Center SRINAGAR-BOHRI KADAL to MUMBAI

It went missing on[protected] Monday from their Delhi Center the last tracking I could see is Delhi Outscan, I have been calling, emailing, even the courier guy from Kashmir is trying to reach them but they are bluntly saying it cant be tracked. Sir its been a month now, I recently started my business and it had all handpicked leather jackets saffron and honey worth 1 Lakh. I am at a loss because of them. I have been emailing but there is no response. I need parcel and in good condition I really feel they have robbed all the items. I need my parcel or compensation worth 1 Lakh. I am on standstill because it was my hard earned money.

Courier AWB No. [protected]. But till now courier not reached at destination address. I have already communicated my problem in company mail id([protected]@shreemaruticourier.com), but they not responding in mail. Then i have continuously take follow up their customer care number [protected], daily they told that tomorrow it will reach the destination. But today when I call them they told that they lost my courier. They will not able to help me anymore.
In this courier below my documents available - 1) My LIC original bond paper.
2) My aadhar card Xerox copy,
3) Cancel cheque
4) My pan card Xerox copy etc.

Sir, my humble request to you. I want my courier back.

Please help me 🙏

We have couriered from pali to hyderabad on urgent basis through [protected] on dated 14.10.22 but till date not delivered and showing to ludhiana. No any satisfactory reply given by service provider. There is very important documents of bank guarantees and other related documents.

Please resolve the issue
