This is with reference to one of the courier with docket # [protected] was sent through one of your franchise " AAROHI OR BRIGHT INTERNATIONAL - Miss. Namrata ". The attached invoice is for your reference.
This consignment was sent as COD (INR # 48, 410) and which was accepted by the above said franchise of yours to deliver. However, they had no reach so they sent through your another delivery partner "Delhivery" and the Delhivery team has handed over the parcel to the customer without collecting amount.
The Franchise is not ready to send back our parcel or hand over the funds received from the customer. And if in case your team has sent through your third party then your team is responsible on getting this issue resolved.
Request you all to take this up with your franchise and provide refund as the funds are handed over to us.
If in case, this is not addressed ASAP, then we may look for legal guidance on this case.
