    A document was Couriered from chakkan hub to thanjavur tamilnadu but not received yet usually it comes in 2 days max 3 but In tracking it shows outscan from pune hub to chennai for 2 days and remains same till now and chennai hub says not received... what a worst service customer care didn't even care they just simply cut the call .if I not get the parcel I will rise a complaint against this courier service.

        I complain regarding i lost my phone in courier service...i recieved my courier but in Box nothing box is empty and i Dowd box is open and packed again as same position i courier your branch in dhoraji Rajkot Gujarat...and i courier dhoraji to jasdan Rajkot Gujarat...so plez check and reply fast i try to find last two days and your branch man not give a satisfactory ans...
        And my question is a empty Box is transfer one place to another it's possible..? What is this and who is recieved in your jasdan branch they are not sense empty box delivered that weight is 500gm😳😳 but they are delivered...so plez give me replying satisfactory and it's true i write a wrong in courier i write a charge adopter but not even i recieved charge adopter ...
        Colours is different in salotap in upper side of box ...

          My package was sealed and delivered from Mumbai on 5th Sept `22, Monday and shipment number is [protected]. It reached Bellandur port on 7th Sept `22, Wednesday and was there for a day. I received my package next day on 8th Sept `22, Thursday with items worth of Rs. 350 being stolen from package. On giving call to delivery guy he was rude about my concern rather than providing a solution. His name and number is Rocky - [protected].

          So, I have paid entire amount in weight for my package and lost items as well. Either I should be getting refund for courier charges or the stolen items should be returned

            Dear sir,
            In reference to the above, I have been ordered some medicine from Vadodara to Hanumangarh with tracking id [protected] at office address. When I have tracked I found that the courior has been delivered, but I was not available at the office that time and I have not received a call From courier company for delivery. Now when I have called the agent who is looking after at Hanumangarh as I have received the number From customer care, he misbehaved with me and said that he he delivered some. He asked me to find out myself. Now, I want to say that I have paid the amount for your service...and this type of behavior will not be tolerated. I am attaching the recording of your agent.look into the matter.

              I would like to lodge a complaint regarding the deley of my parcel sent through your courier services Shree Maruti courier. I am very disappointed with your company’s poor services. Talking to your delhi courier care, he is saying that the delivery was done in the next week. He is saying that you want the parcel now, so now the delivery boy will come and you will come.customer care call is disconnecting me. Next time will not courier your service to you.

                Refuse to deliver the courier at given address

                I have courier rakhi from shree maruti courier on 09.08.2022 from vadodara, gujarat to amla, mp

                On 12.08.2022 betul hub received my courier but he denied to deliver the same on address given.

                As on 17.08.2022 shree maruti courier not deliverd my rakhi & also betul office person are not response for the same also there is no any positive response on mail from them.

                They have delivered at wrong address and delivery boy is not answering call i had my scooty keys in the courier scooty in on railway station they are charging me 250 rs per day its been already 2 days its holiday today and tomorrow they are saying but i want my courier atleast till the evening i cant pay 1000 rs extra charges i am student kindly look into this and deliver me my courier as soon as possible

                  I have send rakhi from Kanpur to Ujjain on 09/08/2022 which was told to me that it will get delivered on 11/08/2022 but today it's 12/08/2022 timing 7 :09 pm but it still pending at Indore I called Kanpur as well as indore center they were keep telling me please give some we respond you not both guys are not responding to my calls. Please deliver my rakhi today otherwise I will escalate the issue to other legal department

                    Booked a rakhi courier on 8th Aug 22 with shipment no.[protected] from Agra to Lucknow. As per the tracking status parcel received at Lucknow on 9th Aug 22 after that no update about the parcel.
                    Called on helpline number on 12th Aug 22 they said to contact on Lucknow office number.
                    When called on lucknow office number+[protected] they said they do not have any order pending, asked for courier receipt. I provided the courier receipt on watsapp. Till now parcel is untraced.

                      One of our couriers carrying important documents was scheduled to go from Bhopal to Raipur on August 5, however delivery to the destinations has not yet occurred. EVEN THOUGH IT HAS ALREADY ARRIVED AT RAIPUR HUB AS OF 07.08.22. AFTER CONTACTING MOBILE NUMBER [protected] ABOUT THE SAME, I GOT A REPLY SAYING THAT OUR PREFERENCE IS TO FIRST DELIVER RAKHI AND THEN ONLY YOUR PARCEL MAY BE DELIVERED. I'm not sure how they know that the presence of documents on our courier is not crucial. Because of this type of service and behavior we Loss Much. PATHETIC SERVICE ##

                          I have booked a document parcel for khar west, mumbai on 2 /08 / 2022, as per my knowledge normal charge for mumbai is ar Rs 80, but they charge me Rs 120/- for the same. Shipment no 222/2/[protected]. This is not expected from a such reputed courier service in india . It is not the the question of some 20 to 30 rupees, but in one branch they charging 80 and in another 120 not fare . It was not 1kg parcel at all, it was envelope. But the weight mention is 1 kg again not fair .

                            I had sent a courier of about 3 kgs from Kolkata to Baroda[protected] last week. The parcel was received with holes created in the carton and then stuck with cello tape n paper on it.
                            I am absolutely pissed off witht this kind of a service from Maruti courier.

                                I've ordered a cartridge grip from Tattoo gizmo. The order was take place in 11th july and my parcel came on my city jamshedpur within 5 days (16th july) 17th was sunday holiday no issue, Today 18th july i call them and guess what they are saying, i have to pay ₹5 through a link, while in a call, entering my atm card pin, upi pin + sharing the otp. What the hell was that!! I feel a trust issue but still i don't have enough balance on my bank ac so i've share. But they were unable to took the payment maybe due to any technical issue or my luck.
                                They've asked me for an another a/c, i've said "i have to transfer some amount into that a/c" and sone how i've cut it off myself from that conversation. And one more thing i have to add that they were saying "if you pay ₹5 you will be getting your parcel within 2hrs otherwise you will get your stuff after more 10 to 15 days later".
                                Please take an action against these fake services because i dont think which courier facility asks for otp & atm pins..!! And what services are you providing in the sake of god which takes you almost a month for a ₹1K parcel box.

                                  Pune tathawade hub maruti courier centre is exploiting huge money for even sticking the pack with sello tape they are exploiting huge money without informing the customer at first instance first they should inform abt it and even if courier is 1 kg they are taking money of 4kg I have observed please contact them and correct

                                    Suresh kumar singh (phn -[protected]) talked to me on 29 June 2022 in morning to deliver my product and assured me to accept cheque of 10000 or cash. At the time of delivery at 4.10 pm, he accepts cheque of 10000 and took my signature at delivery paper, and then he returned cheque and we returned the product. How can any courier staff take signature without providing products. He misbehaved with my family.
