Shree Maruti Courier Service — Non delivery and non response to calls - including customer care

I had booked a documents courier from delhi t bangalore vide AWB no [protected]. This courier rewached bangalore Sree Maruti logistics centre on 06 May at Aerospace park as per tracking details.

Further no delivery was done and all the day wrong entry of Consignee not availabe was stated on the tracking detials,

the parcle was address to mr Ashwin as Air India Office situated outside the airport and Mr Ashwin and me - botjh have made atleast 40 calls to the courier person responsible and offie but no one had picked up the call sin last 3 days.

Similarly the customer care picks up calls but kept me waiitng for 3-5 min eac time and then the calls were dorpped wihtout any executive coming on line.

This is utter harassment and improper handling and lack of sercive to citizens
