Hi Team,
This is to draw your attention to the unsatisfactory courier service by your company. I handed over the parcel box containing fruit with reference number[protected] on May 04, 2017 at your New Delhi(Dwarka Palam road) to be shipped to Surat but they have sent different parcel to Surat. However, I did not accept the delivery as it was not my parcel.
I sent 1 well packed parcel in carton box containing fruit but they attempted to deliver the different parcel in an unknown bag. They changed my parcel from box to unknown bag. Please refer the pic below.
When I called up to Delhi Office the no. is [protected] regarding this fraud. Office Manager gave very rough & rude answer. He don't have manners of talking with there customers.
I escalated the issue to Complaint Manager Mr. Vijay. He admitted with the fact that the parcel was somehow changed and he apologized on his team's behalf and assured me that he will take the approval from his senior authority and initiate the refund of at least my courier charge of 1500/- but now he is also not reachable since then.
Now I want appropriate and firm action to be taken against them as they cheated with the customer by attempting to deliver different parcel and even not refunding the money.
