I have booked my parcel on 17th November 2025 through Shree Maruti courier service from Ahmedabad to Patna. the consumer number is [protected]. I clearly requested delivery by air, but the parcel was sent by road while charging me flight charges. I was assured that the parcel would definitely be delivered by Thursday, 20th November 2025, or latest by Friday, 21st November 2025. however, it has still not been delivered even though it was extremely urgent.
when i asked for the bill, the person who booked my parcel refused to provide it. instead of dispatching the parcel on 17th November 2025, it was actually dispatched on 19th November 2025, as informed to me by the company when i contacted them on Friday, 21st November 2025, after my parcel did not reach.
I also requested that the parcel be sent by flight from Mumbai when I learned it was delayed, but they declined and told me to contact the booking person. they said it would continue by road and nothing could be done.
it is clear that the company is giving franchises to people who are not responsible or capable of handling customer parcels properly. because of their negligence, my shipment has become useless to me. Therefore, I demand a refund of the amount of the items which is in my parcel including the amount they charged me for the parcel. Was this information helpful? |
