Shree Maruti Courier Service — Payment charged for delivery

I am delivered an item from Fablines Nilambur vide AWB [protected] on 21.01.2025. At the time of purchase of the item from Fablines, it was intimated that shipping charges shall be paid by Fablines to the courier service, and that no further payments need to be made in this regard. But at the time of delivery, an amount of Rs.100/- is charged by the delivery boy as charges from my aged mother who was alone at home. Kindly guide on what basis the amount of Rs.100/- is collected from my residence.
