Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Non-Dispatch of High-Value Shipment
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about the handling of my shipment with Shree Maruthi Courier Service. My order, worth ₹10, 000, has not been dispatched, despite paying extra for air shipment. Additionally, there is no real-time tracking available, making it impossible to know the current status of my order.
When I contacted customer care, I was told that the delay was due to a “server down†issue. This is completely unacceptable, especially given the high value of the product and the premium shipping charges paid.
I also contacted your Santipur branch. The representative was unprofessional and gave irrelevant information about the airport being 100 km away. I was promised a callback from the branch manager within 10 minutes but waited for several hours with no response.
I demand immediate action on the following:
Confirm the exact status and location of my shipment.
Ensure immediate dispatch and delivery of my order.
Provide a clear explanation for the delay and lack of tracking.
Compensate for the inconvenience and unprofessional handling.
