In order to track my parcel (consignment no. [protected]), I managed to obtain the no. of your Support staff from my vendor from whom I had purchased premium products. I called this Support rep - James - on his no. [protected] five times.
The first couple of times he did not answer my calls, the second time he answered and when I was in the middle of providing the cons. no. he cut my call. I thought it was a network issue and called him again. He kept repeating that, without the cons. no., he couldn't track my parcel but he was not giving me a chance to read the cons. no.!! He cut my call because, according to him, I wasn't speaking!
I called again and provided the cons. no. for the second time but again he cut the call once saying I was speaking too fast!
I called again and provided the cons. no. to him for the third time, this time speaking slowly so that he could hear the numbers. To my chagrin he not only cut the call for the 3rd time but even had the audacity to say he was going to cut the call because he had no time!!
The recipient of the parcel - Mr. Johnson Alexander - also called & spoke to James, your staff who accepted that he was rude with me. But I have since received no apology from the rude fellow.
While the parcel has been delivered to the party, I am still seething at the poor attitude of you Customer Care staff. I am so affected that I have told my vendor that I will refuse to buy any of their products if they use Shree Maruti Courier service. Was this information helpful? |
