Dear Sir/ Madam,
My articles were dispatched on March 01st 2025 from

The parcel should have reached to the following address and details
RECEIVERS ADDRESS:

opp. Kuvempu Rangamandira, Basaweshwaranagara,
Bangalore -560079
Name - Shashikanth BN
Mobile number - [protected]
But on 11/03/2025, The courier companies tracking shows it is delivered, and the receivers name is Raghavendran.
We tried to contact the customer service of courier company, but they say to contact Raghavendran. We don't know this person and we been staying in this address for 45 years.
No courier service representative called us to receive the articles on 11/03/2025.
When we tried ex-plaining this situation, The customer care representative is very rude on call and harshly speaking with customers.
At last, the courier company is now asking me to file complaint in Police Station for their mistake and handing the courier to some unknown person without our consent.
At least the courier company should have called our mobile number before handing it over to some unknown person.
We tried to contact the local branch of the courier company located in Rajajinagar; we found no proper response form them either.
No matter my money is gone for waste, my articles didn't reach my address. But still, I want to file complaint because this should not happen to others. Such fraud companies need punishment. Such customer care needs to be fixed, and they should be polite enough at least speaking to customers.
