As of today, both shipments have still not been delivered to their respective destinations. Despite multiple follow-ups, the concerned executive has been unable to provide a clear update on the current status or exact location of the parcels. Each time we reach out, we are only informed that delivery will be completed soon, but no concrete progress has been made.
This delay and lack of transparency are highly disappointing and have caused significant inconvenience. It is also concerning that your own team is unable to track the shipments accurately.

Provide the exact current location of both parcels.
