    purchasing flat in kamothe

    Address: 22/2,sadasunder, keluskar marg, Shivaji park dadar, Mumbai City, Maharashtra, 400028

    1) we have given total 6 lac for booking 2 flats from 2012 to 2014. Loaction of the project supposed to be at kamothe, navimumbai-410209.

    2) shree morya tech infra had tow branches — one at kaothe and other at dadar. We ahve paid all the ammount at dadar branch for the same attaching receipts.

    3) the booking was for my elder brother (1 flat) ajay and myself (1 flat)
    But the project never started. They...

    Hi, i'm also cheated by this builder. I've booked flat in 2013 at kamothe and paid rs. 1 lakh. But this priject never started. Complaint has been filed against this builder in 2015 but we haven't recd our amt back yet. What actions to be taken against this builder. I have an official mou signed with this builder as well as official receipt of 1 lakh.
    Pls advice. Thanks

      Flat purchased....but still not started the project in khandeshwar

      We purchased a flat at khandeshwar area new mumbai, with the booking amount of 5 lakhs in december 2014...they said the possesion.will be completed in 18 months. Till date we haven't received any update about the possession...and when we call and meet them..." we are in trouble.dont worry kaam.shuru hoga and all..

      Please help me to get refund from them....

      I am premanand gaikwad given amount of rs.1.5 lacs to mr avinash raskar proprietor shree morya at his shivaji park office along with my other fellow friends (around 14) towards booking of 2 bhk flat in their proposed residential project at kamothe node 2. After lapse of 1 year also nothing was moving hence we started enquiring. He and his office people at dadar used to give some lame excuses. After 2 years of booking we requested for refund of our money. He promised to make neft within a weeks time. However ever after lapse of a month, he did not made payment hence we followed but we were getting improper replies. No we understand that he has no intention to refund our money and closed the office. Hence lodged a complaint with shivaji park police station. From there we understand that police had caught him. I would like know when we will get the refund.

      Builder is out of the jail... I m also victim of it
      I am also a victim. I have booked a flat with shree morya tech, I demanded for refund but no response. Mr Avinas Raskar is the owner/proprietor. Please contact me on [protected]@gmail.com, so that all victims can take action collectively.

          I am Mr. Sanap, I have booked a flat from Shree Morya Tech Infra Pvt. Ltd and the builder name is Avinash Raskar . I have paid 3 lacs and even after 2 and half year they never started the project. So i decided to take refund. They told to fill refund cancellation form. But never refund any amount. They are avoiding to pay. Please take necessary action against this builder.

            Not refunding my money after cancellation.
