Shree Nandan Courier Service — charged heavily but parcel not reached yet

My consignment numbers are as follows

2.[protected]
3.[protected]

I was charged 200 for each consignment.
I have sent the consignment on 13th august.

I was promised it will get delivered on 15 or maximum by 16th august

Which is not the case the rakhis are yet not delivered.

What is the reason you want to give me for this.
And today no is responding to calls as well.

O need a proper solution to this else i will have to take serious steps.

Last 2 time I'm come at mehsana branch 9:00am clock but your mehsana branch executive give me not reposble so please close the branch or properly required the proper executive for response to customer.
